Delirious's POV-
  I was in the white room when I woke up and I still had my stray jacket. Am I even going to get out of here today? I was having a hard time standing up without my arms but I did manage to stand up. I was walking a little bit and then the door opened. "Jonathan Denis please walk over here." A guard said. I walked towards him and their where multiple other guards. They took my stray jacket off and I stretched my arms since it hurts a little since I was hugging myself for a while. One guard was in my left and another one in my right.

  We where walking to the cafeteria since it was breakfast time. They opened the door and everyone looked at me with fear written on their face. I walked towards my table and nobody their was mad or scared. They where happy to see me especially Evan since he was serious then smiled with a wide smile that people would die to see when he looked at me. "Hey guys." I said and sat down. "I thought you would've stayed in that room you where in for a while." Evan said with a smile. "Nah I guess they want me to train. Plus it is super uncomfortable when you have to sleep in a place with no bed and with a stray jacket. Hugging yourself is not comfortable." They chuckled and we all ate then a bell rang. "Alright everyone go to the place you have to go." The guards said. I walked with Evan and we talked about random shit.

We looked at the door and it said 'Labs.' We walked in and their where about six people their. In total with me and Evan their eight people. This is a little class. I saw Nogla and Lui talking in one table and me and Evan started walking towards them. "Hey Nogla and Lui." Evan said. "Hey Evan and Delirious. What's up?" Lui said. "Nothing much. What do you think we're doing in this class?" "I don't really know. Let's just make sure this class doesn't hurt." Nogla said. I sat down followed by Evan and we talked when 8 different people came to the class.

"Good morning gentlemen. In this class we the scientists will do some experiments on you to see what will happen to you. Don't worry non of these are going to kill you. Well I can't promise you that but I can tell you that they might give you bad or good things. It's a 50/50 percent chance. Anyways you all will have different scientists. Follow every instruction that the scientist tells you or else their's a punishment. Anyways let's begin." They all separated and each scientists choose a person. Their was a young beautiful lady and she picked Evan. I got another girl but this one was normal. It was like she didn't like being here but their's something telling her to stay. "Hello Jonathan Denis. My name is Krism. I will be your scientists for your experiments." I nodded and she started writing stuff in her clip-board. I looked at Evan and saw the other scientist. She was blond and kind of short. "Hello Evan Fong. Lovely name by the way. I will be your scientist and my name is Sydney. I really can't believe your parents don't love you. Your so handsome and hot I really can't believe they did that to you." She said with a smile. I looked over at Evan and saw that he was happy. He almost looked disgusted.

"Alright Jon. Please face me." Krism said. I faced her and she grabbed a syringe. "This liquid is made so you could read minds but we don't really know if it does work." She said. I looked over at Evan and saw that Sydney was talking about the liquid inside the syringe. "Do you like that guy?" Krism said. I nodded slowly. "Don't worry I don't judge. Sydney is a whore by the way. She sleeps with every single hot guy she see's. It's disgusting." "Yeah."

  "Well back to the liquid. This will probably help you read minds or maybe I grabbed the wrong one. We will not know until I see what happens." She put alcohol on my arm and injected me with the syringe. I felt cold liquid circle around my blood until it finally arrived to my brain and I saw signals on top of people like their talking. I looked at Lui's signal and I mentally clicked on it.

Lui's Thoughts.

Okay so the liquid is made so I could breath under water for hours. Sweet. Why is Nogla shutting his eyes? He looks so hot... NO! I like girls not girls especially I don't like my friend. Well... No! I don't like guys I like girls! What happens if someone has reading powers like they could read my mind right now? If someone is reading my mind please come to me and whisper that you read my mind and prove it. Nah that's kind of stupid...

  I chuckled a bit and looked at Krism. "So did you read the mind of someone?" "Yeah I did. It works perfectly." "Good. Now the thing is that if you want to keep that or do you want to throw it away?" "You mean like keep the power?" "Yes." "Then yes I would like to keep the powers." "Excellent. I'll be right back with the permanent liquid." She started walking away and I saw Lui alone. Now's my chance to tell him.

I walked towards Lui and sat next to him. "Hey Lui." "Sup Delirious. What power do you have?" "I was about to tell you that too." "Well I have telekinesis. Watch." He raised his hand and moved a syringe to the floor. "Cool. Well let me tell you that I-" I moved close to his ear and whispered. "I read your mind. And the prove is that you said that Nogla is hot. Don't worry I won't judge you since I also like a guy." He blushed and then smiled. "That's great! But please don't tell Nogla. If he knows I know he will be disgusted. Can you tell me who you like?" "Yeah I won't tell him or a living soul. Plus I kinda like Vanoss." "That's great! I always saw you two really close. Like when you weren't in your cell Evan was sad and he didn't even listen to us he was just looking at the floor and he looked sad. You two were meant for each other!" "Thanks but don't tell no one." "I won't I promise." "Good. So now you know that I read minds. Well got to go see you soon." "Bye."

I walked to my little seat and waited for Krism. "Alright I have the permanent syringe. Are you sure about it since it's permanent and it will be super hard to take it out?" "Yeah pretty sure." "Alright." She put alcohol in my arm and then shoved the syringe in my arm. It stings but not that much that I can't handle. "Alright, we're done and I think that the bell is about to ring so you may speak with your friends." I nodded and I went towards Vanoss since the slut of Sydney left. "Hey Vanoss." I said and he smiled. "Hey Del. What kind of power did they give you?" "They gave me mind reading skills. Think of something and I'll tell you what you where thinking of." He nodded and started thinking.

Vanoss's Thoughts.-
Okay Vanoss, think of something... Don't think of Del. SHIT HE PROBABLY HEARD THAT!! Okay... I got it! Come on down to the Olive Garden to get your free breadsticks. If you hear that then tell me that.

I chuckled a bit and then looked at Vanoss. "So what did I think?" "You said Come on down to the Olive Garden to get your free breadsticks." "Correct!" He said and smiled. "So what power do you have?" I said. "I have the power to make people go crazy and I can speak in their heads. Watch."

I shook my head and Vanoss stopped talking in my head and also Delirious. "Okay so you talk in the head of people?" "Probably because I lived with this voice in my head for years that I got used to it. Only voices that could hurt me even more than Delirious's voice can harm me." He nodded and the bell rang. "When do you think we will get our hybrids?" I said. "Probably real soon. But for now let's just enjoy being human until we turn to monsters." He turned sad and I put my hand on his shoulder. "No matter if we turn to monster or freaks I will still think of you as a human." He smiled and very bright smile and we both walked to the next class.
