A00 was quiet as she looked around the cold bedroom. It had steel walls with a few butterflies that only added to the eeriness. A00 looked at her siblings's beds who were lined up across. 

She let out a whimper as she clutched her small human hands, abruptly the holographic door swished open soundlessly but A00 felt the wind change.

"A00, why aren't you asleep?" A motherly but stern voice growled from the doorway. The lights were off so A00 couldn't see who it was, but by the sound of it, it was Eve. 

"I-I'm not tired..." A00 whimpered as she stared at the doorway, straining to see. "But your siblings are, and you have the same exact schedule?" Eve tried to joke but A00 didn't laugh, she wasn't made to laugh. 

Eve supposedly noticed A00's silence and was silent for a few moments before speaking again- this time her voice was cold and it sounded dominant "A00- why aren't you asleep?" She demanded before she walked out of the darkness of the doorway. 

A00 whimpered and crouched down. "I-I've been thinking...." She whimpered "You're not supposed to think- you're supposed to do as stated by the breeders." Eve said as her voice went back to being a bit like a mother's. 

A00 was quiet for a minute or two "When will we see the breeders? We always hear them on the intercom but... we never see them." A00 sighed quietly 

Eve frowned, but it wasn't disappointment. Instead it was a creepy frown as if she was saying 'Not good enough' as if A00 was almost close to the 5-mile test she and her siblings had to do.

"Are you sure you want to see them Theo?" Eve murmured, her voice echoed throughout the room. "M-My name is not Theo...." A00 whimpered 

Suddenly, one of the nanny bots laid a hand on Eve's shoulder "Mrs. Eve- Alex wishes to see you." The nanny bot said 

Eve nodded as she turned back to A00 "You don't know yet but one day you will, my Theo." Eve said now disappointed.

A00 was confused as she watched the nanny bot and Eve leave, closing the holographic door behind them.
