~On the bridge of the Phoenix Tree~

Delirious Pov:

"Vanoss?" nervously asking while look at him with a worry face. He just keep on calmly stare at me with those peaceful crimson red eyes against my ocean blue eyes. Out of the blue, Vanoss slowly move his face closer to mine and slowly loosing his scaly tail around my body while holding my face in place with a tight grab on my soft chin by his sharp claw. I kept my ocean blue eyes on Vanoss face especially on his crimson red eyes with sharp pupils that are hypnotize me to stay in places. He softly prick up his lips while I instantly do the same. 'Are we going to kiss?'  curiously asking myself. I'm slowly start to close my ocean blue eyes until I felt a gust of wind from Vanoss gigantic wings being unwrap surround us. It was the perfect moment for our first kiss. (Nope)

Then the bright yellow sun arose up from the horizon change the night sky into sky blue with white cloud surround us. Suddenly, Vanoss gigantic wing, long scaly tail, sharp scaly claw and his Crimson red eye are disappear in front of my ocean blue eyes into sparks of flames. (*cough* picture of the butterfly *cough*)

The spark of flames is falling on top of over but the flames doesn't burn us. Vanoss start to change back to normal his human form by his Crimson red eyes changing back into chocolate brown eyes. Our face were literally centimeters way for each other until Vanoss quickly decide to move his face to the side obviously missing my lips. I didn't realize that Vanoss is quickly fall down on my chest so I quickly grab him before he collapse on the ground but I also fell down with him. I kneel down with one leg while trying to carrying Vanoss bride style in my arms.  'So close.' disappoint saying but laughing at myself. Then I happily look down at a sleepy Vanoss who's softly snoring while I give him a smile. 'He looks so peaceful sleeping but What the hell happen to Vanoss? I never seen him act that way before. Ever when we were kid, he never act so aggressive to me or another persons before? I wonder if  you ever remember our past Vanoss?' Curiously asking in my head. I gently put my forehead on Vanoss forehead while letting a single tear slide down my cheek and hit Vanoss cheek.

Suddenly, I heard a roar of sound coming underneath us so I quickly stand up while having a sleepy Vanoss in my arms. Vanoss head hit my chest but it didn't hurt but suddenly, Vanoss rubbing his head against my chest with a small smile. I lightly blushing. In a flash, Terroriser and Moo appear in front of me with snow below their feet.  'I guessing Moo use his snow power to freeze the waterfall so they could use it as stair, I'm assuming' calmly saying to myself. A corcern Moo quickly look at me with a sympathetic eyes while a fierce Terroriser looks at Vanoss with rage in his eyes.

"That bitch literally blow us away! Wake that son of the bitch up so I can give him a piece of my mind" fierce Terroriser say while swiftly walking up to me. Moo quickly cover Terroriser with snow and froze him in place while walking up to me.

"Are you alright? What did Vanoss do to you?" concern Moo say while wipe a single tear off Vanoss face but freeze in his hand and carefully looking at the single tear. I swiftly turn my body to the side then looking at the bright yellow sun. Terroriser on the other hand is quickly melting the snow cause steam to form around him.

"Yeah...I'm fine. Vanoss, on the other hand is knock out cold." sadly say to concern Moo while cautious Terroriser carefully walk next to worry Moo. I guess Terroriser saw my sorrow expression and give up on getting revenge on Vanoss. Suddenly, we heard footsteps running up behind us so we turn ours head and see the council members running up to us. The council members stop in front of us while taking in deep breathe from the running.

"Hey, What happens to him?" cautious Okami say while Z quickly walk up to me then curiously looking at the sleepy Vanoss, close her eyes while putting her hand over Vanoss head. Z hand turn bright red while I curiously look at Z face for reaction. That first, Z face was plain with not reaction until she slightly tilt her head to side and quickly open her eyes. Then Z look at me with a nervous smile. 'What did she do?' curiously saying in my head.

"Well,Vanoss here!  (pointing at Vanoss) Turn into some type of monster and try to kill us!" annoy and piss off Terroriser say while everyone else gave a concern and shock expression. I swiftly look at Terroriser with rage in my ocean blue eyes.

"First off, your fine! Secondly, Lucky for you! Your boyfriend, Moo save your ass! Thirdly, Vanoss is a dragon hybrid, not some type of monster!" angrily yelling while give him a death stare. Terroriser quickly apologize to me.

"Hold on a minute! So you're telling us! That guy you're carrying in your arms is a dragon hybrid! I thought that all species of dragon were extinct!" surprise Okami say while everyone nod in agreement.

"Well, I guess not, but I heard that we use to have third dragon hybrid a couple of year ago until they all died. Rumors say that the last dragon hybrid was taking away for 'safe' but who honestly know?" curiously Icy say to everyone. 'I wonder if that true? That might explain everything?' curiously saying in my head.

"Do you think it's him?" Shyly Mason whisper to calmly Fox. Fox put her hand on her chin while I think about it. Then she nod her head in agreement and happily looks at me with a smile. 'Why is she smiley?' curiously saying in my head.

"Well,first off Vanoss, right? (Delirious nod his head) Vanoss Ki energy is extremely and dangerous low. If I have to guess, its must have been the protect barrier that drain his Ki energy, correct? ( Delirious nod his head again) Luckily for Vanoss, he still have some of his Ki energy with him but very few. (Silence moment) But I'm sure he will be back to normal with some rest." Happily Z say while taking a couple of step toward the Phoenix tree. I *sign* in relief and thanks Z for tell me, that Vanoss is going to be alright. A Swift Fox make her way to the center of our little group.

" Well, thanks for the information Z. Now, what we need to do in these seconds are Okami and Icy go around the city and check if anyone is hurt from the earthquake plus tell the citizen of the city that the Phoenix tree is already. I don't want to start a panicky! Oh, one more thing, tell Pinkie what I told you to her, for me. Z, I need you to research what exactly happen to the protect barrier and the Phoenix tree. Mason, you stay with Vanoss and take care of him. Ok, got it! Now, go!" Calmly Fox yelling at everyone while everyone nod their head and split up into their respectable jobs. Z swiftly run to the Phoenix tree while Okami and Icy turn into white and light brown wolves running away for us and finally Mason just calmly walk next to me. Only ones left are Terroriser,Moo, Mason, Vanoss, Fox and me. Fox quickly turn her attention to Moo and Terroriser.

"Moo and Terroriser go out of the protect barrier and see what happen to it on the outside? Go, Now!" Calmly Fox yelling at Moo and Terroriser while nod theirs head. Terroriser turn into a fluffy white sheep while Moo turn into a small light brown rat and hopping on Terroriser back. Terroriser speedy run away for us with Moo wavy his hand bye at us. Now it just four of us.

"Delirious, take Vanoss to Mason care center and leave him there. I seriously need to talk to you! Find me at the meeting room again when your done! " calmly Fox yelling at me while transform into a orange fox and swiftly run away. Before I could say anything to her, she left like a flash of lightning. 'Damn it' angrily say to myself. I slowly look at Mason, who is waiting for me.

"So, should we be heading off?" shyly Mason say while I happily look at him with a small smile then happily look down at sleepy Vanoss. Who is still fast asleep with a peaceful and adorable face.

"Yeah, let go!" happily say to shyly Mason. Mason transform into Bran owl and fly in the air next to me. My ocean blue eyes change into glowing Aqua blue eyes while quickly use my Ki energy of water to create water under my feet so I could travel faster in the air with Mason to his care center. The water lift me up into the air while I start run toward the care center. Mason fly in front of me while I follow right behind him holding Vanoss tightly in my arms. 'I wonder..... if you still remember me..... before you left this place?'

~Flashback~

~I vividly remember that I was about 6 year old and that I create the worst rain storm ever in city of hybrid especially at night~

"What do you mean....he leaving......forever!...I....I won't let him!" Sobbing and angrily yelling at the last leader of the city of hybrid while I holding two angry fist at the side of my body. Then I swiftly decide to run after him. "Delirious! Wait!" A concern The last leader of the city of hybrid say while chasing right behind me but I honestly didn't care. 'He can't just up and leave me, alone! He made a promise to me! Promise!' angrily and sadly yelling in my head while run out of the Phoenix tree. I swiftly run to the busy road into the city because it was the quickest way to get to the entrance of human world. I snake my way through people by using the water around me to push them out of the way while wipe the tear away from my red face. I made my way to the beginning of the bridge that taking you to the human world with my face full of tears. Suddenly I see Vanoss at the end of the bridge at the entrance gate of human world with a lady, both of them are wearing long black coats and walking into gate way of the human world. "VANOSS!" Crying out his name while raise my hand up to him. Suddenly I felt strong arm wraps around me while cover up my mouth. "Delirious, let them go!" The last leader of the city of hybrid fierce say while I struggle in his arm trying to get away from him. I quickly bit his hand and the last leader of the city of hybrid yell out in pain while using the water around me to push him away. "NO" angrily yell out and swiftly run to the entrances of the gate way to human world. I quickly went through the gate way and was lead to a waterfall behind me with a small pond below my feet surround by bright green trees. I swiftly look around for Vanoss but he no way to be seen. My ocean blue eyes are tear up.  I couldn't believe he was gone forever!
"VANOSS!" Crying out His name as hard as I could and fell on the my knee while hit my hand on the pond. I let out all my tears, sorrows and pain in my heart out. I felt every tear fall down my face then hit the pond below making a ripple effect. "VANOSS" yell up at the shy with tear fall down my red face follow by the rain. "VANOSS! WHY?!"

~And that was the last time I ever saw Vanoss.~

~Flashback ends~

I gently put Vanoss on a softly and comfortable bed in ones of the private room from Mason care center. ' Wow! The Phoenix tree must have taking so much Ki energy out of him if he still sleeping' curiously say in my head. I pull the bed sheets over Vanoss body while Vanoss cuddle up next to a huge pillow. "I wish.... I was the one.....who he is cuddle with" quietly say myself with a smile. Then I put my hand on Vanoss head and gently petting him while sitting next to him on the bed. Next, I move my face close to his face while rubbing his cheek against mine. Vanoss smile but still doesn't wake up. Suddenly, a knock from the door cause me to stand up quickly and tell them to come in. Mason open the door and shyly tell me that Fox want to talk to me. I nod my head and leaving Vanoss in Mason care.

Done writing this chapter! Yeah! Man, this chapter was sad but hopefully not to sad. Well, I try to put in so cute moment in it! I honestly took forever to write this chapter because I have writer block! >~<
