(Jimin's POV)

As we were sitting around the breakfast table eating I smiled as Bambam and Ari laughed together. I wasn't hungry so I only ate a little bit of eggs and drank some water. The other hybrids seem to be getting along well with the kids, which is good because I don't know what I'd do if they didn't get along.

"Let's go over names again. For some of you, this is your first time meeting Jimin properly." Jungkook said putting his fork down.

I looked at everyone and froze like a deer in a car's headlights. I cleared my throat and smiled.

"Hey why don't you kids go play in the room you slept in okay." I said softly to the kids.

"But we want to stay with you." Bambam whined climbing onto his lap.

"Fine. Only because you're cute." I said. Ari climbed onto my lap and I wrapped my arms around them as some of the hybrids smiled. "Sorry, I thought we were able to have an adult conversation."

"It's fine, they want to be with you. It makes sense." Hoseok said softly.

"Anyways!" Jungkook said raising his voice a bit. "Let's go over names alright."

"I'm Jin hyung, you already know that though." Jin, a hamster hybrid said.

"Yoongi." A cat hybrid said, uninterested.

"Hoseok." The squirrel hybrid said smiling.

"Namjoon." A Koala hybrid said looking at me with a look in his eye that scared me.

"Taehyung." A tiger hybrid said.

"Great, memorize and there won't be a problem." Jungkook said getting up and leaving the room.

"Damn, what's his problem?" Yoongi said closing his eyes and laying his head on the table.

"Who knows, he's always like that." Jin hyung said shrugging.

"Uncle Jimin, can we go outside?" Bambam asked.

"Yeah stay in the back yard alright."

They ran off to the back door giggling and went outside. I smiled as I watched them go. I heard one of the others clear their throats so I looked back at them.

"How old are they?" Hoseok asked.

"They're 7." I said fiddling with the glass of water.

"They yours?"

"I take care of them now yeah. My sister Su-Ho is their mother. She-" I paused when I saw them freeze and get ridged. "Is everything okay?" I asked carefully.

"Umm." Hoseok said trailing off.

"Park! Let's go." Jungkook said barging into the room. I flinched and was confused.

"What?"

"Let's go now."

I got up and he grabbed my shirt and shoved me into a wall.

"Woah! Wait a second." I said, trying to shove his hands off me. "What are you so angry about."

"Your sister. Su-Ho. Her last name was Park too?"

"That's usually how siblings work yeah. What about her."

He let go of me and threw me on the floor. I looked past him and saw Bambam looking in the window with a tear going down his face. Oh god he saw.

"Sir, the kids.... " I said trying to get up since Bambam was watching.

He kicked me in the stomach so I landed on my side. He lifted me off the ground and threw me across the room.

"Su-Ho can't be your sister!" He yelled.

I quickly got up and Hoseok put a hand on Jungkook's shoulder.

"You knew my sister. You look like the man who killed her. Did. You. Kill. My. Sister." I said spacing the last words out in an angered voice.

"Maybe I did." He shrugged.

I was nothing but rage as he acted like he didn't take those kids' mothers away from them. I ran and tackled him and ended up straddling him on the floor. He looked shocked and I started punching anywhere I touched. Jin hyung tried to pull me off him and I smacked him. Jungkook tried too but the adrenaline in my body made me stronger than usual. It took two of them to pull me off.

"You killed her! You took their mother away from them!" I yelled shaking Namjoon and Hoseok's arms off me. I looked at the door to find Bambam crouching. I went over to the door and opened it.

"Uncle Jimin..." He said raising his arms up.

I picked him up and held him to my chest as he rested his head in the crook of my neck. I sat on the floor and silently cried, having to mourn over Su-Ho again. Ari came in quickly when she didn't see her brother and snuggled into my side and I put an arm around her, ignoring the hybrids.

"Uncle Jimin.... what happened to Mama?" Ari asked looking at me.

I smiled sadly at her and kissed her forehead

"Your mom was the bravest person I ever met. She's a superhero. She saved a little boy around your age." I softly said running my fingers through their hair. They nodded and yawned. It was a long morning and they fell asleep. I stayed there and looked at the table leg and spaced out thinking about Su-Ho.

"Jimin!" Su-Ho yelled running through the streets with two two year olds. There were screaming people and fires going on everywhere. No one could see anything due to smoke, leaving the humans vulnerable and at the hybrids mercy.

"Su-Ho!" Jimin yelled looking around. He ran down the street to where he heard her voice. He felt a hand on his mouth and was dragged behind a dumpster where he saw another person. "What-"

"Shhh, their coming."

We stayed silent as we heard a group of hybrids pass.

"Wherever she is, she's going to pay." He heard a hybrid say.

"Let it go Kook, it was a year ago."

They ran off and we got out of our hiding spot.

"Jimin!!" Jimin heard Su-ho yell again and ran in the direction of her voice, leaving the unknown person behind.

"Jimin! Thank god it's you! I thought I lost you." She said crying softly.

"Never. I'll always be here for you Su-Ho." Jimin said, he smiled at the kids who smiled up at him.

"Help!!!" We heard a young boy say.

"Hold them." Su-ho said to Jimin and gave the kids over to him.

"Where are you going. The sewer is a safe place right now. I have everything ready!"

"I can't leave the boy."

"Su-Ho."

"I'll be right back, don't worry."

"We'll be hiding in the alley okay?"

"Okay."

Jimin took the kids and they hugged him stuffing their face in his abdomen as he watched the street. The smoke was clearing when he saw Su-Ho approach the little boy. He saw her talk to him and then the group of hybrids from before showed up.

"Su-Ho!" He heard one of them yell.

Jimin wanted to run out to save her but he shouldn't leave the kids alone. He blinked and looked down. Bambam was gone and running towards Su-Ho.

"Mama!" He yelled and the group of hybrids looked over at him.

"Ari stay." Jimin ran out and grabbed Bambam and was grabbed by a hybrid. He looked over at Su-ho and saw a bunny hybrid's hands around her neck. She was coughing and saw that the little boy ran away. The bunny hybrid growled and stabbed her in the stomach and the group looked at Jimin and the little boy and they ran away. They got what they came for and Jimin dropped to his knees in front of Su-ho.

"No no no, Su-ho please stay with me. Don't go."

They heard a group coming back since sirens were wailing. The sirens meant that for every human you capture you get a reward.

"Go Jimin. Protect Ari and Bambam."

"Su-ho, you're going to be fine. I promise." Jimin sobbed and Su-ho went limp on the street.

He ran to the alleyway with Bambam and picked up Ari and dropped down into the sewer. Once he pulled the grate in place he heard footsteps in the alley. He cried silently and heard people talking.

"I swear he ran this way hyung."

"Then where is he Kook huh?"

Jimin felt a hand on his shoulder and flinched out of his daydream.

"You were there too." He whispered and moved away from Jin with the kids with him. "You were all there, and you let him kill her." He sobbed quietly, getting up with the kids and rushing to the room Hosok gave him.

He placed the kids down on the bed and locked the door, pushing the dresser in front of the door. The kids slept oblivious and he sat against the dresser and cried quietly. Hoseok, the hybrid he thought was the good one, was an accomplice to his sisters murder. He knew that he should've trusted the rule of being human. Never trust a hybrid, no matter how nice they are, they'll prove to you that you shouldn't have. He rubbed his eyes and went to the bed and went to sleep, with the children cuddled up to him.

Why'd Jungkook feel the need to kill her? How did he know her?

(Author's POV)

After Jimin left with the children Jungkook stood out frozen. The women he loved at the time had kids.

"Jungkook, those kids."

"I might be a dad hyung." Jungkook said with a trembling lip.

"Yeah too bad you didn't ask before you killed their mom huh." Yoongi said and got up.

"What the hell Yoongi."

"You killed a woman you slept with. And you didn't ever tell me this shit? You killed a woman with children Jungkook. A WOMAN. You know the rule of war. You don't kill women or children." Yoongi said, upset walking out of the room.

Jungkook flopped on the couch putting his head in his hands.

"Why don't you get a DNA test? If they aren't yours you have nothing to worry about." Namjoon said.

"You're right!" Jungkook said jumping up going towards the stairs running up to Jimin's room and trying to open the door, only to find it locked. He scoffed and pounded on the door. Jimin flinched awake and looked over at the clock.

"Open the door Park."

Jimin flinched slightly and stayed sitting in bed with the kids.

"If you don't open the door the kids will get it."

Jimin stumbled out of bed, pushing the dresser out of the way and cracking open the door.

"What." 'you murderer' he wanted to add but didn't.

"We're going to the hospital and the kids are coming too."

Jimin felt a spike of fear go through him. 'Oh shit he's going to send them away.'

"Are you sending them away." Jimin asked softly.

"Of course not. I have reason to believe I'm their father."

Jimin froze and shook his head.

"No no you're not. Thanks for asking."

Jimin went to close the door but Jungkook shoved it open and walked inside. Jimin moved towards the bed where the children were sleeping. Ari started to wake up and rubbed his eyes.

"Uncle Jimin?"

"I'm here baby." Jimin said and picked him up glaring at Jungkook. Ari soon saw Jungkook and stuck her head in the crook of Jimin's neck.

"What going on?"

"Nothing-"

"Do you want to go for a car ride? We need to do an errand but then we can get ice cream." Jungkook said, making Jimin tighten his grip on him.

"Ice cweam!" Ari said excitedly.

Bambam woke up to Ari being excited.

"Huh?" He said confused and crawled across the bed to be closer to Jimin.

"We get ice cweam!" Ari said.

"Ice cream? What's that?"

"I don't know but it seems delicious!" Ari said wiggling around to be put down. He was jumping with excitement by Jimin's side.

"When we go!"

"Right now." Jungkook said, holding out his hand to Ari. She took his hand and Bambam stayed in Jimin's arms.

"Bambam you wike ice cweam."

"Not with him." Bambam said holding onto Jimin tighter.

Jungkook looked at him with an eyebrow raised and they went out to the car. They put the kids in and buckled their seatbelts.

"If you insist on being a father against my will, get some fucking car seats so their safe." Jimin said getting in the passenger seat.

"Uncle Jimin can I sit with you?" Bambam said trying to get up.

"Not right now love, it's not safe when the car is moving."

Once they arrived at the hospital Jimin was holding Bambam's hand but then Jungkook took his other hand and Bambam started to cry. Jimin picked him up and he hid in Jimin's neck until they got inside. They went to the waiting room and waited to be called back. There was a play table that Ari was playing with and Bambam stayed on Jimin's lap.

"Why don't you go play?" Jimin asked gently which Bambam responded with a headshake.

"Why not?" Jungkook asked.

Bambam held Jimin's hands and laid his head on his shoulder and glared at Jungkook.

"You not nice."

"Bambam, be nice." Jimin said holding him tighter.

"You hurt Uncle Jimin. Not nice." Bambam said and turned his head over to the other side so Jungkook was only looking at the back of his head. Jungkook frowned and went to say something but was interrupted by a nurse opening the door.

"Jeon Jungkook?"

"Yes, that's us."

They all stood up and followed the nurse back to a room.

"So what I'm understanding is that you want a DNA test for these children?"

"Yes, I want to know if I'm the father."

"Someone sleeping around I see." He said in disgust looking at Jimin in disgust.

"He's not the parent. He just takes care of them." Jungkook said making Jimin's heart throb and he had a lump in his throat.

"Uncle Jimin is in charge. He's our dad now." Bambam said as sternly as a five year old can be. Jimin smiled softly and they sat down in a room.

"A doctor will be with you shortly."

"The hell was that Jimin."

"Don't say bad words in front of the kids." Jimin said sternly and Jungkook was taken aback.

"Hello I'm Dr. Wang but you can call me Jackson."
