2 Hours before showtime

Don was rehearsing with his lines and getting himself in the right mentality for tonight as he was made to to explain to his mentor what had happened last week to their supposed tag team match against Ryder and Hawkins. While he was pacing around, he didn't hear footsteps that came from a certain, squirreling, blonde haired New Jersey spitfire.

Liv then began to wrap herself onto Don's back as Don somehow was able to hold Liv's legs to support her as she wrapped him in a Huggies.

Liv: Donny~ Why so serious?

Don: Well, I have to explain my actions for last week to my mentor.

Liv: Oooh bad Donny - giggles -

Don: Well, says the one who trash talked the Kanako and Kaori. - smirks -

Liv: I hope it's still tasteful. I mean, anything to ensure we're still staying on here.... - pouts -

Don: Please get off me. I can't cheer you up with me carrying you on your back

Liv was shocked but followed Don's instructions. To her surprise, Don initiated the hug as he wrapped his arms around Liv. Liv happily grunted.

Liv: Ooooh who are you and what did you do with my Donny?

Don: Why? Did your Donny ever initiate a friendly hug? - smirks -

Liv: So daring... but I have to go to Dori. Good luck Donny!

Don: Same with you Liv.

Liv skips away happily but behind Don was his tag team partner, Cedric Alexander.

Don: Cedric what the hell?!?!

Cedric: Since when were you a softie and a hugger?

Don: Well....uhh... 

MVP: - walks in - let me answer for him. Since he started hanging around with a certain formerly blue-tongued blonde bombshell ....to his eyes - smirks - who is known to Hug like there is no tomorrow. Did I get that right, mentee?

Don was only blushing and unable to respond. Cedric laughed at the scene.

Cedric: Patricio - chuckles and pats him on the back - just be kind and good to her. 

Monday Night Raw
Timeskip to the end of Kabuki Warriors v. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler
Nia Samoa Drops Kairi and wants to make a statement for her recently formed team with the Queen of Spades to be in contention. She runs to the ropes, but does not realize that Shayna blind tags Nia and an argument begins. 

The Irresistible Force and Queen of Spades quarrel amongst themselves that the referee began counting to 5 for Nia to let Shayna in. This bought time for Kairi to crawl towards Asuka to tag out and let the Empress of Tomorrow take over the match. By the count of 4, Nia relents and goes to the corner as Shayna faces the ring but it was too late. The referee lets in Asuka after Kairi tags her in with Asuka going on a roll with a series of kicks with Shayna trying to get some strikes of her own. The striking game went on but even as the former MMA fighter tried to get the edge, Asuka still was able to win the strike off as she hits a low kick then a Roundhouse kick on the Queen of Spades. 

Nia saw this and was about to interfere, but Asuka was able to sidestep, with Nia running for the ropes. Unbeknownst to the Irresistible Force, Kairi pulled the ropes down for Nia to fall to the outside, with Kairi then hitting Nia with the InSane Elbow on the outside.

Asuka was regained herself, but lost sight of Shayne, who went behind to lock in the Kirifuda Clutch, but Asuka rolls backward for a pin to be counted. Shayna breaks the Kirifuda clutch to break the pin to lift her shoulders, but this led to Asuka locking in the Asuka lock to make the Queen of Spades another victim to the Empress of Tomorrow's finisher.

As Kairi rolls back in the ring, Nia suddenly grabs her by the leg and tosses her, back first to the steel steps. Asuka goes to the outside to collide with Nia trying to do a running hip attack onto Kairi with a running hip attack of her own. Asuka got her hip out first to stop the would-be devastating collision. Nia just stopped and as Asuka tried to kick Nia's head off, Nia grabbed Asuka and held her on her shoulders in a fireman's carry hold and slammed Asuka back first twice on the ring pole but then heads to the announcer's area to hit Asuka with a Samoan Drop on the Announcer's Table by the entrance way. Nia then leaves after the referees stopped her from doing anymore damage, with Shayna following suit.

Kairi was trying to get back up on her feet with her own power, but from behind, she got struck down by a clothesline from none other than the Problem Child with a Bad Attitude, Liv Morgan. She then pulled Kairi up by the hair and pointed at the wrecked Announcer's Table and mouthed off to the Pirate Princess.

Liv: You're not staying champs any longer. We Riott 2 Liv to be champs! 

As she said this, Liv hits the 201 Facebreaker on Kairi, with Kairi's back bouncing on the side of the ring. Liv then smugly leaves through the crowd as she shouts at Kairi

Liv: Stay down! Stay down!

timeskip to 2nd half of Monday Night Raw
MVP and the rest of the Hurt Business were in the ring for the VIP Lounge. All of them were decked out in fancy suits as MVP began to speak.

MVP: Welcome back to another edition of the VIP Lounge and... - crowd boos - We love you too. Now I came out here with the boys because... we have to have a bit of a progress report as far as our title conquests go. Now I personally understand that Shelton here bit a bit more than he can chew and he got Claymore-d till next week. Shelton can I trust you that you can at least outduel that William Wallace cosplaying punk Drew McIntyre?

Shelton: I got this P.

MVP: Alright. not much needed with Berto here because the gold is still on his waist. But that brings me to my tiger cubs, Cedric Alexander and Don Patricio.

The crowd booed loud as Cedric and Don took the boos in smugly while MVP began his assessment.

MVP: Now I see the willingness is there, the fangs have always been there since you guys finally got the monkeys known as Ricochet and Ali off your backs. You got to Fleece The Revival off a title opportunity. You stopped that woo woo idiot and his co-loser partner from trying to vainly catch lightning twice. 

Cedric and Don nods but MVP's tone changes.

MVP: But you two got wiped out by those hoodlum Street Profits. I mean Don, you got totally exposed at Extreme Rules! You were unable to mount ANY offense against Dawkins. Don't be telling me you frozed up or choked when it mattered

Cedric: P it's not like that...

MVP: - angry - I wasn't talking to you! 

Cedric stood back and left Don to be dressed down in front of everyone present and the Hurt Business.

MVP: Donny, you better start carrying your weight because you can't just be banking on using my moves and my name as the one who brought you here. You've got to start showing that you got balls! - begins to poke Don's chest - You've got to show these people that you are not one to be messed with. Not someone who can't land a fucking punch! Am I understoo...

Don begins to grabs MVP's wrist and looks at his mentor with intensity and irritation.

Don: You listen here Wasn't last week enough to show you I got balls? That I am not one to be messed with? Who the fuck do you think beat the living hell out of Hawkins before our tag match? Who beat down Zack Ryder to the point he isn't here tonight? And even as you stopped me, I showed you I still wanted those titles and never lost sight of the plan and orchestrated that attack on the Street Profits who got blown up by their own smoke? That's right Montel, it was me. It was fucking me all along motherfucker!

MVP was shocked and with Cedric having fear and concern in his face. 

Don: I did that to prove to you I won't lay down to anyone and I goddamn mean anyone! So with all due respect, - with scorn - mentor, NEVER DOUBT ME.

Don lets go of MVP's wrist as MVP just nods in agreement and then begins to speak. 

MVP: I'm okay with that. Just one thing.... 

MVP asks Cedric to hold his cane. Cedric obliges and from there, MVP pushes his mentee down on his back and as Don tries to stand up, MVP gets his cane back from Cedric and points it at Don's throat.

MVP: Don't you ever talk to me like that! You disrespectful street rat acting son of a bitch! Know your place in all this. I made you and I can easily destroy you and leave in a heap and back where you came from. Am I understood?

Don nods and MVP signals for Cedric to reach out his arm as Don is helped back up.

MVP: So you see here, I had to do this to prove to you people and to all those complacent morons at the back that the Hurt Business means business. The moment you sit on your asses will be the moment we be hurting you to lay on your backs in pain after we take what we want. 

The segment ends with the Hurt Business's theme playing as they all slowly left the ring.

Backstage after the segments
Don was still in his fancy suit but was ready to leave the arena as the rest of the Hurt Business had already gone ahead. Liv skipped by to see her friend.

Liv: Donny! looking sharp for your date?

Don: We didn't schedule one now... I mean - blushes - oh shoot!

Liv blushed mad red and in came Ruby with a smirk

Ruby: Gionna! You didn't tell me you two got a date - smirks -

Liv: Dori! - pouts - 

Don: Well this is a good looking suit so I don't want to change out until before I rest.

Ruby: Makes sense Patricio. But mind being our ride back to the hotel? The rental car company here said the car we got earlier had to be checked due to something with the engine.

Liv: Donnymobile! - smiles and bounces -

Don: Alright ladies, hop on and I will be your ride back to the hotel - smiles -

Ruby: More like Gionna's ride to plea....

Liv: - blushes even more - DORI! 

Don: - blushes and stuttering - uhm.... uhhh...

Ruby: Alright you two kids. Come on and we better get there before traffic, paparazzi and dirt sheet writers slow our travel to the hotel.

Timeskip to the hotel; with Don
Don was already in his bed clothes checking on his cellphone until he saw Liv DM him in Instagram

yaonlylivvonce: you looked quite suave and sharp earlier. Hopefully you're still okay after Hassan (MVP) dressed you down earlier

DonnyPC93: Hey, it was all in good fun. Plus, part of it wasn't really scripted. That's how Mentor is with me even when I was still training to be ring ready. But thanks for that comment with the suit I had on. You bout to sleep?

yaonlylivvonce: 🥱 yeah. You?

DonnyPC93: Well, same. Good night Gionna

yaonlylivvonce: Aww good night Pat...wait, this won't feel right without something like this

yaonlylivvonce: 

DonnyPC93: Awww... Hang in there. Sweet dreams

yaonlylivvonce: Actually... mind if we do a stop over to Elmwood Park?

DonnyPC93: Well, we can. I just searched it right now, we're 1 hour and 34 minutes away. Why? (A/N: Thank Google search for this haha)

yaonlylivvonce: Donny, it's only now that we're close to my home. Is it okay if we come visit my mom? 

DonnyPC93: Well...sure. Why not? 🙂

yaonlylivvonce: Yay! Until tomorrow Donny! And oh, Dori will be doing some things so she won't be able to join us. Hope that won't be a problem with you.

DonnyPC93: Nonsense! We better rest up and you better tell your mom you're coming over

yaonlylivvonce: Yes Daddy

DonnyPC93: I thought you were daddy? 

yaonlylivvonce: Oh... anyway, good night 😁

Don puts his phone away and rests up for their impromptu, more so for the Problem Child of WWE.
