Mauro Ranallo: Right now, we are back on NXT for our next match...

Alicia Taylor: The following contest is scheduled for one-fall!

Alicia Taylor: From Mexico City, Mexico, weighing in at 200 lbs., he is the NXT Cruiserweight Champion, Santos Escobar!

Wade Barrett: In comes Santos Escobar, and he looks into going into this fight alone.

Vic Joseph: This all came about after Don Patricio was pinned after Legado del Fantasma's match against the team of Breezango, Isaiah Swerve Scott and Tomasso Ciampa

Beth Phoenix: Legado drove the point across post match when they assaulted Don, leading to this bout between former allies.

Alicia Taylor: From Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, weighing in at 230 lbs., Don Patricio!

Wade: Don Patricio looks to be on a mission to exact some revenge for that post-match assault

Mauro: He actually demanded this match from Mr. Regal and Mr. Regal obliged, hence we see that Santos's lackeys are not around, as part of that arrangement.

Vic: The only question now remains, can Don beat down Santos?

Highlights of the match: 

- Santos hits a superkick

- Don Patricio hits a snap suplex

- Santos hits a tilt-a-whirl DDT

- Santos hits a suicide dive

- Don Patricio hits a drop toe hold facebuster

Don Patricio hits the Set Up (Sit Out Shoulder Jawbreaker)

End of the Match:

Santos was reeling from being hit with the Set Up that Don Patricio hit him with the Mercy Shot (Drive-by Kick). Santos was covered by Don.

ONE...TWO....THR..KICKOUT!

Santos was able to raise a shoulder despite that brutal kick. Don was surprised and was waiting for Santos to get up to set him up for a Silencer Knee Facebreaker. Santos scouted it and was able to dodge for him to catch Don into a sit-out powerbomb. He then picks him up for a Phantom Driver and covers him.

ONE....TWO...THREE!

Alicia Taylor: The winner of this match, the NXT Cruiserweight Champion, Santos Escobar!

Mauro: Santos was nearly beat but somehow, Don Patricio was unable to exact revenge.

Wade: We all saw that the weak link of that alliance between Legado del Fantasma and Don Patricio had been Don Patricio all along

Beth: Then what does this leave for the Hustlin' Don Patricio?

Gorilla Position

Legado del Fantasma were already there congratulating Santos on the win and Don Patricio followed suit.

Santos: Congrats amigo! You gave us all quite a scare but despite it all, we gave a great match to these people.

Raul: Hey man, you did great against Santos here.

Joaquin: You did well, kababayan! [Fellow countryman]

Don: Thanks guys! But what's with the well wishing?

William Regal and Triple H came in

Regal: Well, just the lad we were waiting for.

Triple H: Hey kid, congrats for putting it all out there. Now as much as I want to say this, I believe we need one more person, well you are portraying a hustler businessman, so why not bring in a set of businessmen to join in on the news. - sees "businessmen" - Gentlemen if you may please?

Don Patricio turned around to see his mentor, MVP along with Shelton Benjamin, Bobby Lashley and Cedric Alexander, the Hurt Business. Don Patricio received a pat on the shoulder from his mentor.

MVP: Good to see how far you have gone and what you have become. You have done great for yourself here and well, we may be off cameras but ..well?

Don Patricio: Why is the Hurt Business here?

Regal: My boy, allow me to answer that. You do know that MVP may still be going strong for his age but he wishes and has called me to see if I believe that you are ready for the next step. Well about that next step.

Triple H: Regal and I have decided that after seeing your talent and ruthlessness in style here in Black and Gold, we feel that that edge, that style, along with being with your mentor will serve you right as you are now heading to the Red Brand. As of today, - reaches out a hand - you are now a member of Monday Night Raw. Hustle on, kid!

Don Patricio could not believe it. He was being called up to the main roster. He is one step closer to the dream he has had since his youth.

Don Patricio: - shakes Triple H's hand - Thank you so much! You all have guided me since I got here. 

Regal: Oh but you really put in all the effort so go out there and never stop improving yourself!

Santos: Well amigo, I guess this is the last time for now that we are together - pats Don's shoulder - 

Don: Thanks Santos. Good luck with the rest of Legado and remaining NXT Cruiserweight Champ!

Santos: You know it, amigo! 

Raul: Good luck up there!

Joaquin: Show them who's boss, bro!

MVP: - clears throat - now that that is out of the way, Shane sent us here early to inform you of what happens when you get called up. The reason as well why the Hurt Business is here with me, Regal kind of said that I may be pushing 50 in a few years but my body is beginning to slow down on me. So, not only are you going to be called up to be a member of the Raw Roster, but on behalf of the Hurt Business, are you in?

Don Patricio: Hell yes, I'm in!

MVP: - high fives Don Patricio - Alright! Welcome to Monday Night Raw as the newest member of the Hurt Business. We got plans on how you will show up so until then, rest easy and we will see you before the show. 

Shelton: We expect great things from one trained by MVP. Don't worry, you're good with me. Just don't expect friendly video game battles - laughs -

Bobby: Hey man, good luck but based on what I've seen, you don't need luck. You've grinded out here in NXT that I cannot wait to see those skills on Raw.

Cedric: Hay man, from one call up to another, we got this, alright?

Don Patricio: Thank you for the warm welcome! See you all on Monday!

time skip to 60 minutes before Monday Night Raw

Don arrived a bit ahead of time and he was in catering. He met with Cedric Alexander and both shared their time in NXT, until Cedric asked Don.

Cedric: So, Donny P, are you nervous?

Don: As much as I can be! But really, butterflies are in my stomach but knowing that I may share the ring with my mentor, this will be pressure filled.

Cedric: Oh right, you were mentored by MVP. How was he as a mentor?

Don: Oh, he is pretty much open and transparent but not to the point of showing weakness. He just wants me to be open about myself and to others. Also, he trained me hard to the point I can perfect even his moves.

Cedric: Woah! But man, don't worry, nothing about big shoes to fill but just grind and take each day at a time. And before you know it, you will be in big feuds and chasing the top titles.

Don: Thanks Ced. Always been one to know the struggle and the grind. So, no word from MVP yet on what will happen tonight?

Cedric: Nah man, but wait, he's your mentor. Shouldn't you be able to like contact him directly?

Don: I changed numbers man. So I have to wait for you all, - nervous and hungry - man I need to get a sandwich. 

Cedric: Go nuts man. Food here is great!

Don Patricio walked to the trays to find a sandwich, but only saw one sandwich left. He tried to grab at it but he saw another hand grab for it too. Don turned to his right to see a silver haired girl bouncing about 

???: Hey bro, touchies! That is my sandwich.

Don: Nah, I grabbed onto it too you know!

???: Wait, are you new here?

Don: Uhh yes, just got called up from NXT.

???: - bouncing some more - new friend! I am Gionna Daddio, or you may know me as Liv Morgan. - lets go of the sandwich unknowingly - who might you be?

Don: Patricio Capistrano..oh wait, right ring name, Don Patricio

Liv: Oooh the mafia guy. Are you Italian by chance?

Catering staff: - interrupts - pardon the both of you but we need to refill the tray, can you two do your getting to know at a table?

Don: My apologies, kind sir. So Liv, want to continue at our table with Cedric?

Liv: Oh I'd love to...but Rue rue needs me - pouts - But it's nice to meet you Donny! - smiles then skips away -

Don: (mind: She sure is someone quite unique) Oh right, gotta walk back to Cedric.

Don walked back to his table with Cedric, but now finds the complete Hurt Business there.

MVP: Welcome to Raw, Don Patricio!

Don: Thanks MVP!

MVP: - laughs - nah we be messing but hey, glad to see you be serious, but just relax man. everything will go smoothly. 

Don: Sorry mentor, I mean this will be our first time to share the ring together. 

MVP: You know what, me too. But yeah, the plan for your debut tonight is that you will be showing up during our 6 man tag match between Cedric, Bobby and Shelton v. Ali, Apollo and Ricochet

Don: How will I be debuting as I am not part of the match?

MVP: Well.....

Timeskip to Monday Night Raw

Hurt Business (Cedric Alexander, Shelton Benjamin, Bobby Lashley) v. Ali, Apollo Crews and Ricochet (MVP on Commentary)

MVP has distracted the referee. Ricochet had already done a plancha to take out Benjamin and Lashley. Ali was about to attempt one more to flatten out for good 2/3 of the Hurt Business team. Ali was about to pull to the ropes, but he was pulled out of the ring from the apron.

Once Ali was out of the ring, a figure wearing a hoodie and shades hit him with a cross chop on the chest, then did a drop toe hold facebuster on Ali to the steel steps. As if not enough, the figure did a Drive-by Kick to Ali, kicking his head to the steel steps.

Apollo saw that he had no partners left on the apron and was then met with a Lumbar Check from Cedric. Cedric pins Apollo.

ONE....TWO.....THREE!

Mike Rome: The winners of the match, The Hurt Business!

As Apollo was about to rise up, the figure with the hoodie and shades did another Mercy Shot Drive-by Kick. The Hurt Business looked surprised as to who was this hooded figure. The figure took off his hoodie and shades, to reveal, Don Patricio has aided the Hurt Business.

Samoa Joe: The Hurt Business may have picked up another name.

Byron: Obviously they are in cahoots.

Don Patricio was facing MVP and the rest of the Hurt Business, with Don Patricio and MVP smiling at each other. MVP then offers his hand out for a handshake, with Don Patricio hesitating at first, then accepting the handshake, to a loud chorus of boos.

Tom: They have just made it official. 

Samoa Joe: Obviously, they are all in on the act. Don Patricio is in! He has just guaranteed his career will be longer than the ones whose heads he had just kicked.

Gorilla position

The Hurt Business has made their way to the back with their new addition, Don Patricio. They were followed by Ali, Apollo and Ricochet.

Ali: - still clutching his head - hey man, nice kick but next time, let's be a bit careful, ayt?

Don: Sorry about that, but I got excited.

Ali: I get that, but yeah, welcome to the main roster, friend.

Don: Thanks.

Apollo: You did well. Hopefully creative will not squander your talent, but knowing the regime now, we are all on an equal playing field.

Ricochet: Yup. See you all next week guys!

MVP: See you Rico! Apollo!

After Ricochet and Apollo left, the Riott Squad arrived and Liv saw Don Patricio again.

Liv: - waves - Donny! 

Don: Oh, hey Liv! - talks to MVP and the Hurt Business - I won't be long.

MVP: Hey, I get you, so we will be in the locker room if you need us.

Bobby: That's one crazy lady, I tell you - chuckles -

Shelton: She may be the one and you just got here - chuckles -

Cedric: There are no sandwiches here bro so ... nah kidding, go talk to her man!

Don: So, what brings the Problem Child of WWE here?

Liv: Rue rue, is it okay if...

Ruby: Yeah, go talk to him first. I will wait for you in the locker room. Oh yeah, Don Patricio right? - offers a handshake - Dori Prange, or Ruby Riott. 

Don: Nice to meet the Squad Squad as they say. Even if it's only 2 of you right now. 

Liv: Nah it's fine. Better we reunite since the fans have wanted the Squad back together. 

Ruby: Anyway, keep it clean both of you.

Liv: Rue rue! - pouts -

Don: Hey now! We just met - turns to Liv - Is this normal?

Liv: Yup! By the way, nice debut out there earlier. Didn't expect the guy I almost killed for a sandwich over would not only be a new NXT call up but a member of the Hurt Business! Talk about someone the company will build into a new rising star.

Don: Let's not get carried away here Liv. But thanks for those kind words, this will not stop me however from maintaining the grind. Hustling to ensure I give my all.

Liv: For sure, there is a reason they called you up. Well, Rue Rue will be waiting for me. And this is for the sandwich earlier - hugs him quickly -

Don: Uh, thanks. See you around!

Liv: Bye! - skips away -

Don Patricio was feeling a bit off but pleasingly surprised by the welcome Liv gave him. He felt like he was floating on the way to the Hurt Business's locker room that Cedric ruined his high by teasing him.

Cedric: Sandwich to hug now huh? - laughs -

Don: Come on, Ced!

MVP: Now now, boys. Let us also celebrate our man Donny P here not only for debuting tonight but for finding himself an honest to goodness sweet girl to be his wife. But in all seriousness, Liv Morgan huh?

Don: She is sweet and quite unique.

MVP: From my sources, she is single but well came from a relationship with Enzo Amore. Loudmouth, obnoxious.

Don: As I have heard.

MVP: I am pretty sure you are better than that Amore fool, so we, your brothers in the Hurt Business support you in going for Liv.

Bobby: Even after that horrid storyline we did months ago, Liv is still pretty cool.

Shelton: She is a gamer as far as I know, so I can aid you in that area.

Cedric: Just be cool, alright?

Don: Okay okay, I see you all winging me for Liv. Let's see how this goes, alright?

MVP: I may be your mentor in wrestling, but as a man to another man, don't let her be the one that got away. She has that charm and for sure, you two will click.

Don: Okay mentor. - laughs -

MVP: Now let's go out tonight and celebrate!

The Hurt Business left Raw that night to party out to celebrate not just a victory but a new addition to their ranks, the Hustlin' Brawler, Don Patricio.

A bit late and past the weekend over here, but that is Chapter 1 of Hustle Livin'
