Maan left the room and she smiled ... Happy that now her hubby khurrana was going to get Avi back...

Next day, evening

Amit kumar- youngest son of Mr Mahesh Kumar-khurrana's loyal lawyer, who is retired now, and his son has taken his place- entered KM... looked around and found a women standing in the kitchen, having some book in her hands... He thought her to be a maid and she was trying to make something by looking at the recipe book ..
But in actual , it was Geet, who was working in the kitchen and trying to study, for her exams ... but she failed to concentrate on her studies , as her mind was thinking Avi's well being ...

Amit looked here and there when he found none, he thought to ask that servant... so he entered the hall and coughed ...
Startled Geet looked at the new man standing in front of her and giving her looks ...

Amit(ST):- she doesn't look like a maid.. Or maybe khurrana's are too much generous, spending on their servants...

Geet:- yes ??? who are you ???

Amit:- Uhh!! am here to see Mr Maan Singh khurrana ...

Geet:- who are you ???

Amit:- you can call the owners ...

Geet(was getting irritated):-Didn't you hear, am asking you who are you ???

Amit(argued back):- what will you do of that ??? Call Mr. MSK.

Geet:- Look Mr, am losing my patience here...So either speak up or get out from here...

Maan came out from his study room hearing Geet's raised voice.. He saw she was misbehaving with the lawyer..

Maan(shook his head and went to them):- what's happening here...

Geet(went in front of him):- Maan, look at this man, just came from nowhere...and ordering me...

Maan(glared her):- Geet, stop it .. He is lawyer... I have called him here..

By then Amit too came in front of Maan and shook his hands... Maan smiled politely.. Maan saw he was looking at Geet..

Maan:- Ahh Hello Mr Kumar... Meet my wife, Geet khurrana...

Amit's eyes widened hearing MSK... He looked at her apologetically and said...

Amit:- oh .. Am so sorry, I thought you were some maid or something ...so.. Uhh!!!

Ouch !! That was an insult.. Maan and Geet didn't like it ...And she got angry...

Geet:- Do I look like a servant here...???

Amit:- well, (he checked her out)your dressing and working .. Am sorry..I misunderstood...

Maan:- Its ok..Geet, Its not a big issue... Lets go to my study and discus abt the matter...(Saying that both the men left to Maan's study)

Geet paced the floor.. thinking of the ways to go to his study and get a know-how of the case.. and then she got an idea...

Taking a tray of coffee, tea cups and snacks .. Geet went to the study.. where she looked at the lawyer's tensed face.. While Maan was busy, doing something on his laptop...

Maan:- Thanks Geet for this .. you can leave now ...

Maan very well knew what was running in her mind .. and he didn't wish to hear her childish plannings to get Avi back, for now ..

Geet(promptly):- I will also sit here...

Maan:- Geet, let me discus with him first ... You probably would ruin the meeting..Just go..

Geet heard his stern voice .. Felt insulted yet again..in front of the third man.. and left in anger...banging the door shut on her way back.. Maan looked away in anger.. Mr kumar sensed the tension . and said..

Amit:- Uhh!! Mr khurrana .. I think, I will discuss this case with dad to get an opinion from him and then get some clue on this ... and also will get the orders ... from court.. for the date of hearing of our case...

Maan:- Hmm...what do you think... what are the chances ???

Amit:- Ahh!! for now, 50/50.. (Maan gave him a look and he elaborated)since its their child so it makes their chances 50% for kid's custody and kid was living here from his birth till today that is 5 years ... and top of that her mother had signed and given his custody to you... with her own will .. so that makes the case 50% in your favor ... that signed paper by her is going to be very important for the hearings ...You have that ,right???

Maan(thought for a while):- Don't know... will search that and let you know ...

Amit:- Alright then, see you tomorrow morning at your office ???

Maan:- yeah.. No...(He thought and then added) Make it evening... here... I want my wife to know the proceeding of this case as well..

Amit:- No problem Sir.. I will take your leave for now ...

Maan nodded and after shaking hands with him.. Amit came out ...
He was crossing the hall, when he spotted Geet ... sitting there on couch...looking into some book.. with an angry face... Amit thought to talk to her... He coughed and she started before even he said something...

Geet:- I want my baby back...

Amit (was surprised hearing her commanding voice):- Uh!! Mrs Khurrana, the chances to get the kid back are...

Geet(cut him):- First, He is not some kid.. His name is Avi.. Get that in your mind.. Next time, call him by his name... and second, I don't want to hear abt the approximations.. I want my baby back and that's all.. No matter what.. play fair or unfair.. But I know one thing .. my baby isn't happy there .. .and so I want him back...to his house that's Khurrana Mansion..If you lose this case, then am gonna kill you.. And am clear on that...

She said that and went from there to go to her room..

Amit looked at the girl, in shock...The girl was talking so much like a grown up women..Like a mother... she was literally threatening him to death.. and he got scared.. It was his first case.. And now he wanted to win that not for his own good carrer but now for his own life.. To save his life from the dangerous mother...Amit made his way out of KM looking here and there nervously...But he failed to notice Maan...

Maan ,who was standing just outside his study room's door.. had heard their talks .. Amit's try to talk to her .. and Her threats to him... Maan heard everything and smirked looking at Amit's scared face and sweating forehead.. Maan wasn't amused hearing her threats .. to the stranger.. who was actually there to help them out in getting their Avi back.. Maan already knew how possessive and sensitive she was .. towards Avi..

Maan(ST):- she is crazy for that kid.. (He shook his head and went upstairs towards their room)

He has come out to see Geet and apologize her for his rude behavior and for insulting her..in front of Amit...

Entering his room.. Maan saw Geet sat on the bed and trying to study.. When she looked at him.. She was reminded of her insult and she turned her head away...

Maan:- Am sorry...

Geet looked at him shocked, it was the second time he was saying sorry, after that party-dance-night..He hand never said sorry after that night , even when he misbehaved with her or insulted her earlier...

Precap:- Geet's condition to accept his apology ... and Maan's answer...
