As soon as it became night Core had us all up. We all where going, but Luna was too young to fight and she was blind so she would be the only one to stay behind.

   "Come on. It's time we get going." Core commanded. Midnight said her goodbye to Luna and Ice talked Core about the plans.

   The plan was that Core and Ice would try and take on the fighters while me and Midnight snuck by to go get Ember. If we happened to be attacked then I would stay behind and fight while Midnight would continue forward.

   Me and Ice lead them to the building. We hid in some bushes in front of the building.

   "There's not a lot in there so we should be able to take them." Ice informed. Core nodded agreeing. "We'll confront them and Midnight and Thorn will wait until a good time to sneak in and make a move." Core whispered. We all agreed and they where off.

   We watched them fight for a while then Midnight gave the signal to go. We ran to a open window on the side of the building luckily not getting caught. We jumped inside and looked around.

   The room was dark and everything seemed rusted and untouched by humans for years. I followed Midnight to some stairs that went deeper. "Do you know where they are?" I whispered to her. "I have an idea of where they could keep her. I had explored this place before they came here." I nodded to her.

   Once we got to the bottom we confronted two black dogs. They growled and charged at us not even asking questions. "I got em!" I called out. Midnight nodded and ran off using the shadows to keep her hidden.

I pounced onto one clawing his head with my back claws then jumped on the other and attacked it. It didn't take long though for the first dog to recover before he went after me. The dog grabbed my tail pulling me off. I yelped out in pain as I watched them charge toward me.
