After 5 loooong, looong, loooooong, days, Cain came to see me and he agreed. 

He's going to do it. Like legit - he will train us, as many of us that are willing to do this. He even gave Logan a sword of his own as a sign of his good will.

Can you believe it?

Listening in on the plans Dad's been making with Zane and Ailin, and all the fights and arguments everyone has been having - its been a nightmare. At one point, I thought Ailin was going to take me away into one of the councils underground prisons again. Is putting Cain with them a bad idea? I'm not worried about him, I'm scared for my friends and family. It wasn't supposed to be like this, like, I expected some arguments and a few improvements on my original idea - but they've taken it to the next level.

Why does shit always have to be so damn complicated?!
