Van Helsing, Thomas.

It has been noted in history and in my family's history, Abraham Van Helsing, destroyed the vampire beast that was known as Dracula. Even civilians know a version of the tale, thanks to Patricia Stoker (Abes wife) and her ability to get a story told. My family's fame rival that of the Grimms and Andersen's because of that kill, amongst others of course... and now the Buntings, more importantly that out of control teen, are threatening to ruin our legacy.

My theory is, it has to be a vampire copycat - its not impossible for there to be another shifter/vampire hybrid to exist.

The Other World is a place of magic, and the dead don't just return. Even if they had a vessel for Dracula, he wouldn't hold the same powers he did in his past life once they summoned him.

V was sent in whole, body/spirit, not killed. That Slayer, Winters, pushed him through the portal and due to his vampire nature he survived the cross over so when he was released by what Winters blood lingers in the Bunting siblings, he could literally step out as he went in.

Dracula was dusted, killed like the Lord Alpha. The only difference is, the shifter had the most magical part of his existence left in this realm for him to return to; his wolf pelt. Stupid Bunting, why he would take a trophy like that is beyond me. Really they were asking for something like this to happen.

I guess that family never thinks of the consequences of their actions so Elise can't be the only one to blame for her impulsive, infuriating and dangerous behaviour. Apparently that makes her 'leader' material to Zane, and even my dumber brothers are now running around after her, partly to make sure we are kept up to date on this case and this is the dumb part - also to help and keep her safe.

It's a good thing Drew stopped crushing on her when he did because she would most likely be the death of him; not like he would be the first one to suffer that fate because of her. The youngest VH isn't like the rest of us and while fighting demons is one thing, fighting that woman is another! He has come out of his shell a little more lately, so I guess that is a good thing?

Don't know why that Tracker is so into her either. It's pathetic really, even with their history. I was talking to Sam the other day about it. She doesn't like Elise anymore than I do, but we differ on opinions regarding her Hunter abilities. That Tracker actually admires her and I guess if she managed to save my life a couple of times, maybe I would too. Then again, I'd rather it never came to that.

I have to admit, it was good this morning to see Bunting fire up at Danielle again. I'm rather enjoying her stirring up my ex like that, and Zane. I still can't believe that Slayer was the reason she broke up with me or the fact our President assigned them both as team leaders in the hunt for V. Hearing Elise got him out actually gave me something to laugh about, though I'll never admit it to anyone.

What is bugging me the most is I still can't work how she did it or how she actually manges to pull off any of her little stunts! Sam thinks she isn't just lucky, she is gifted. It's mostly why she doesn't like her, and I guess the same goes for me too. *scrubs out italics* You want to know something? What I do like is Sam.

Though she may appear to be delicate, she is strong. A lot has happened to her so far, but no one really knows because she keeps to herself and now she is too scared to even go anywhere near Elise. I think Logan made the wrong choice and I wonder if.... never mind. Sam is a great girl, a good Tracker and well, yeah. We talk a lot and yeah. She's pretty great.
