Chapter 8- Clues

My hand was shaking as I read the note, I felt tears stream down my cheek. Anti grabbed the note and read it, his face was full of sorrow and worry.

I couldn't stop crying I fell to my knees. They've been trying to get in touch so I could save them, but I ignored them.

They were in pain because of me...

Anti picked me up and whispered soothing things in my ear. He placed me in the car and we drove back home.

As the trees rushed by out the window, I slowly fell asleep.

I woke up in bed. The moonlight shined threw the wimdow, and Anti was softly snoring beside me.

I sat up and looked at the clock, 1:26Am

I sighed and got up, I slept all day, but no dreams. Maybe its true but it's so hard to believe.

I got up and went to the laptop and started watching YouTube. Trying to get my mind off things.

Half way through a video I started hearing things, like whispers.

I couldn't really make them out they were so quiet and distant.

I paused the video and listened as hard as I could.

Y/n! Please, Find us soon! We need you! Don't give up! Please Y/n its the truth, were not dead!

They all sounded familiar and u could make then out. I got my pen and sticky notes and wrote down what they said.

I was crying as I knew who it was, they were calling for me. They needed me...

I ran downstairs and called out into the living room, not wanting to wake Anti. He would think I'm crazy.

"Please give me at least a clue where you are?!" I called and waited for an answer.

We don't have much time. He'll notice soon.

Were under ground far far under ground.

Can't dig no, must find stair way, leads straight here.

Then it was quiet.
