Abhimanyu  is in 7th heaven since he has been touched by the girl he loves (Mukti) for the first time. Nandini, who is present in the same room, is amused by Abhimanyu 's talk which leaves Manik feeling terribly awkward. Manik, at that point of time finds it weird since love is the last thing he believes in.
Rajvardhan tells Mohan that Manik is the only one he trusts, he is the one he cares most about and loves most in this world. Hence he has names the entire property on Manik and left nothing for himself.

Mrs Thakkar who's always eyeing Rajvardhan's property, calls her daughter Aliya and tells her to quickly come to Shimla and get Manik to fall in love with her.

Meanwhile, Siddharth and Nandini find a friend in each other. Nandini helps Siddharth sorting singers which he presents to Manik. Siddharth also goes to drop Nandini at her place, which leaves her bua wondering if he will be the ideal groom for Nandini.

Back to the present, Manik tells Mrs M that at that point of time even they dint know what destiny had in store for them. They were two dramatically different people on different paths of life. Mrs  M asks him that why he doesn't try calling her' maybe she'll come and they can be together again. Manik leaves all her questions unanswered

Abhimanyu  is lost in Mukti's thoughts, thinking about ways to win her back while Nikhil is busy living up to his Casanova image.  Mrs Thakkar tries to get Manik interested in Aliya but in vain.

Rajvardhan gifts Manik a brand new car. Manik tells him that it isn't required since nothing can hamper their relationship. Rajvardhan says he is thankful that 'she' left them.

It helped them come closer and have blind faith in each other. Manik becomes uncomfortable with 'her' mention and closes the topic there.

Nandini is riding Siddharths scooty with him in the back seat, wondering if destiny will slowly tell her if he is the one but for now she has found a friend in Siddharth. Just then, she rams the scooty into Manik's new car which was entering the gate at the same time. Manik gets very angry and tells Nandini to compensate for the damages by working over-time for the next 6 months with 40% salary cut. Nandini couldn't help but give in to his orders.

Ram  comes to know that Manik doesn't like working with women and is very harsh with them. He gets worried for  his Nandini.

His friends suggest him to start singing at small functions to earn some money for his daughters' marriage, which is completely against his morals. Ram  wonders whether he should finally give up his morals for his family's sake and then makes a decision. He chooses his family over his morals and starts singing in a restaurant far away from Shimla. He doesn't want anyone to know about this, but as luck would have it, Amayra spots him at the restaurant and is extremely embarrassed.
Mukti decides to sell her jewelry to improve the family's financial condition.

Co-incidentally, she bumps into Abhimanyu  at the ATM counter who has just bought a gift for her. He tries to clear her misunderstanding but in vain. He decides to wait patiently so as to not create a scene there.

Nandini has been given a task by Manik of getting 5 books from the library. While doing so, she is about to trip when surprisingly, Manik holds the ladder. Nandini later learns that Manik is allergic to cockroaches.

Nandini makes coffee for herself when Manik enters the pantry and the lights suddenly go off. Nandini is terribly scared of darkness (coz f past are manik can't always be scared f dark)  and holds on to someone assuming it to be Siddharth. But as luck would have it, it is none other than Manik
