Few days later

Neil moved Avni in the wheel chair and they reached the dining hall to have their breakfast. Avni didn't denied him because if she refuse then Neil will also stay with her. She didn't want that. Shwetha don't join with them.

One thing Avni relieved of is Neil sorted everything with Shwetha. They are in good terms but shwetha still not so in good terms with Avni. Avni didn't expected anything too.

Her trance got broken when bebe called Avni. She smiled at her wishing her happy morning.

"Had a good sleep? " Bebe asked her caressing her hair while Avni nodded smiling at her.

"Haa bebe... " She replied.

"Main Mom ku bhulatha hu... " He said smiling at them while Avni nodded.

"You are calling her today also as like she is joining with us daily" Bebe said as Neil daily goes to call her asking her to come for breakfast but she deny always and after that Neil will take breakfast for her in room and sit with her untill she completes it.

"Bebe par... " Avneil said together and looked at each other.

"Teek hai jao..... " She said while he nodded and left.

Neil was walking on hallway remembering Avni's word.

"Neil....You have to win Shwetha Aunty's trust first... " She said making him confused.

"Matlab?? " He furrowed his brows not understanding what she is saying.

"Hmm....mera matlab yeh hai ki... She is insecured I guess... " She said looking at him while Neil was listening to her.

"May be She is insecure that I will snatch you from her.... Only you can make her feel that you are her son no matter what... And no one can make you away from her... Only you can do that Neil...." She said while Neil think of her words.

Neil reached her room and saw her sitting on the bed lost onto her thoughts. He knocked the door with a smile. Her trance got broken and she looked at him.

"Good morning Mom... " He said entering the room and sat beside her. She smiled at him.

"Did you slept well? " He asked her while she nodded smiling at him.

"Aap ayenge na aaj breakfast karne humare saath? " He asked her while she just looked at him.

"Mujhe ab bhuk nahi hai Neil... Main baad main khalungi... " Today she came up with this excuse while he sighed. He don't want to force things on her.

"Teek hai... I will bring it here... " He said holding her hand while she nodded caressing his hair.

"Tum khane ke baad lae aana... " She said slightly smiling at him while he nodded smiling.

"You go... And have your breakfast... " She said while he stood up and left.

After that she again lost onto her thoughts. She remember their conservation.

That day when shwetha listened to Avneil conversation where Avni was saying him to talk to her. Where she was saying that shwetha is at no fault. (Previous chapter)

She headed back to her room thinking why Avni didn't take this opportunity to separate Neil from her and instead she was asking him to talk to her.

The next day

Neil knocked the door while shwetha looked at the door step and found him. She stood up from the bed and her eyes welled up with tears as he came to talk to her after everything happened. Neil came to sort things with her.

He step forward towards her while Shwetha just hugged him.

"Tillu..." She said crying still hugging him.

"Mom... " He called her hugging her back

"Tillu....tillu ...Believe me ... Maine kuch nahi kiya... Yeh sab... Maine nahi kiya... Mujhe kuch nahi pata.... " She said hugging him while she cried as she couldn't stand how Neil thought of her being responsible for everything with Riya.

He broke the hug.

"Sach main Tillu... Mujhe nahi pata ....Main yeh... Kese... " She was interrupted when Neil spoke.

"Mom... I am sorry... I shouldn't have said like that..... I shouldn't have thought like that.... " He said holding her hand and then wiped her tears.

"Tum aise socha bhi kese Tillu.... Haa Mujhe Avni pasand nahi hai.... Par main ek jaan kese lae sakthi hu... " She asked in a hurtful tone while Neil looked down.

"Aap aur Riya close the... Aur Main yeh.... I am Sorry Mom... " He said while tears passed down his eyes. She didn't said anything after that.

He made her sit on the bed. He kneel down in front of her and hold her hand.

"Aap maaf karenge mujhe? " He asked her while she looked at him nodding her head.

"Meri tillu ko main kese maaf nahi karthi.." She caresses his hair.

He took a deep breath looking at her.

" Mom... Main Avni se bohat pyaar kartha hu.... " He said while she looked away.

" Mom... Main aapke liye Avni ko... Ya Avni keliye aapko nahi chod saktha hu... " He said while she looked at him.

"I know everything about her.... Everything.... Sab kuch....but what you think of her... She isn't like that Mom..... Main yeh hi aap ko samjane ki khoshish kartha raha har bar... Par aapne meri baat kabhi nahi suna.....Avni ko aise kaise judge kar sakthe hai?... Usmein Avni ki kya galti hai Mom ?" He asked her, making her understand.

"She has no one Mom... All she has is me...our family.... "

"She lost her mom... Her father... Her childhood.... She suffered because of this so called society who kept pushing on her..... Who kept judging her for who she is..... How much she have to face more?.... Why??.. Why she have to face everything??..... Don't she have a heart? ... Don't she get tired?.... Tired of listening to everyone?.... Had anybody listen to her??.... " He said while his eyes filled with tears sensing her pain.

"No Mom!!... I won't let anything happen to her.... I don't give any chance to anyone to say things to her.." He said strightly clearly saying that he won't give up on her no matter what.

" I know aapko Avni pasand nahi hai...And I won't force you too ..... We can wait... We can wait untill you whole heartedly accept her....accept us... Together.... But please don't tell me to leave her... Because I can't Mom... " He said with tears in his eyes while shwetha for the first time saw so much love on his eyes.

Flashback ends

They were having breakfast while Avni sighed as like all the day today too her hope went in vain as Shwetha didn't came. She was eating silently while Bebe and Neil were talking something. Avni casually looked up and her spoon fell from her hand seeing Shwetha there. Shwetha was looking at Avni. Avni became nervous.

Neil and Bebe looked at Avni and followed her gaze and saw Shwetha. They were suprised seeing her.

"Mom... " Neil said and stood up while she walked towards him.

Neil pulled the chair for her while she sat beside him. Neil served for her and all the time Avni was looking only at the food. She couldn't able to control her happiness. She is thanking God continuously. In happiness, she choked and started coughing while Neil poured water for her.

"Aram se Avni... " He said patting her back while Avni looked at him with a wide eyes and looked at shwetha who looked at Neil and then Avni.

"Main teek hu ... " She said and hold his hand stopping him.

Later on

They came to their room while Neil closed the door.

"Neilu... Neilu... " She called him hurriedly while Neil came near her

"Kya hua jaana?? " He asked her

"Kneel down... " She said while he smiled and kneel down in front of her to reach her height and she hugged him tightly.

"Finally... Shwetha aunty has come.... You know how happy I am...." She expressed his happiness while Neil chuckled.

She broke the hug while Neil looked at her. Her eyes brimmed in happiness. He pulled her nose playfully.

"It's been quite long time... Seeing you like this... " He said caressing her hair as it's been long time since she smile from her heart. Avni looked at him.

She smiled and cupped his face and kissed his forehead.

"I know I can hide from anyone but not from you... " She chuckled attaching her head on his while he smiled hearing her.

"I love you Neil... " She said smiling widely still on the same posture. While Neil kept his hand above her.

"I love you Avni... " He replied her.

They smiled widely. Neil picked her up and they settled on the bed. He made her lye on the bed comfortably and she hugged him.
