Kaminari's Perspective

As Kirishima walked ahead of us to get away from his gayness, Sero, Mina, and I started talking.

"So Kami," Mina started out with. "What is a yeet?"

I thought for a second of how to describe it. "Okay guys! This is what a yeet is," I grabbed Sero, who was the closest.

"What are you doing Kaminari?" Sero asked me.

I rose him above my head. "Yeet!" I tossed him ahead of us and he almost face-planted into a tree. At that moment, I was glad for all of the times I went to the gym so I could teach these people some new vocabulary.

"Dude! What the hell?" Sero stood up and brushed himself off.

  "If you throw something,"

"Or someone, apparently," Sero interrupted as he started to walk towards us again.

"Then you're 'yeeting' it." I gave them a smile.

"Okay, but, Mina is way lighter than I am. Why throw me?" He asked as we started to continue our trekk through the woods.

I shrugged. "You were the closest."

"Oh please," Mina cut in. "You wanted to show off your strength."

"Meh, maybe a little." We laughed and followed Kirishima's trail back to camp.

Bakugou's Perspective

"Come here Katsuki!" My mom chased me out of our house and into the street. I turned my head and stuck my tongue out at her before ramming into someone.

I fall onto the ground and look up just in time to see a tall guy with dark green hair. "Hey, what's the big deal?"

My mom grabbed me from underneath my arms. "You brat! Your Aunt just wanted a hug! Can't you be nice for once?"

"Thanks dude! You made me get caught!" I folded my arms and glared at him as my mom put me under her arms.

I didn't understand why I had to "be nice". It wasn't my way of living. "Being nice" led to tears. I was nice to a kid once a few days ago, but then he went missing. The "Aunt" who is over is his mom. My mom thinks that I know where he went. I do, but he made me pinkie promise not to say anything. Something about becoming a Great Warrior like All Might was. I would've gone too, if my mom didn't find us and grab me. The little backstabber ran off without me after that.

Once we were inside the house, my mom locked the door (so I couldn't escape again) and sat me down. "Sorry Inko. He's a rowdy kid who doesn't like to listen."

The lady who was sitting across from me was Aunt Inko. She had medium-length green hair and by the looks of it, she hadn't slept in a few days. "It's okay Mitsuki, I know how that is." She chuckled sadly before looking at me. "You were talking to my boy before he ran. Do you know why he left?"

"Remember Kacchan," Deku held out his pinkie. "Tell nobody."

I held up my pinkie and tangled it with his, nodding my head as we shook fingers. "Got it."

  "No ma'am. I don't." I lied

Aunt Inko sighed and looked back at my mother. "Thank you Mitsuki for trying to help. I'm sure that he's out here somewhere, but I can't help but be worried that he was taken or killed."

"It must be hard. I've had a few scares of this one running away, but he would never leave for more than a few hours. I never expected little Izuku to run like that." Mitsuki said before telling me to run off.

I walked outside and observed everything that was going on in the streets. I noticed the same man from earlier a bread stand. He was looking back and forth before he tried to sneakily grab a chunk of bread.

"Hey! Give that back!" The shopkeeper started to walk over to him.

"Please, I can't afford this and I need food for my wife-" Guards came and grabbed his arms before he could finish.

I started to run over. "Hey! His son his mi-"

"Shut it kid. He tried to steal. Don't end up like this deadbeat." A gaurd told me before they tried to haul him away.

I reached out and grabbed one of the guard's shirt. "He just wanted some food! Come on! Let him go!" I pulled back as hard as I could, until I felt hands grab my sides and pick me up.

"What do we have here? A little kid trying to spark a rebellion?" I was turned around and I saw a guy with fancy clothes and blue hair.

I turned my head and I spotted my mom running over. "I'm sorry King Tomura! I told him to run off, but I didn't expect him to get into trouble."

The guy- who know I now is 'King Tomura'- laughed. "It's fine. I actually like his spirit. You know, there will be a time where I'll die and I don't have an heir to my throne yet. Your son here would probably qualify if he had the proper training."

My mom gasped and her vision darted between me and Tomura. "But he's my son. I- I can't just give him up."

"The village isn't safe for young kids anymore though. Wasn't there a kid that went missing recently? I had a lady ask to put up flyers for him. He looked around his age. If he was in the castle, he'd have the best quality treatment, promise." King Tomura gave her a smile and once I thought about it, I wanted to go.

Dessert before dinner every night! Being able to do what I want! My mom looked at me. "Is this what you want?" I nodded my head quickly. My mom sighed. "It would be the best for you." She walked over and took me from Tomura's hands before giving me a hug. "Let's go grab your stuff. And you better visit me, you brat." She laughed, but I could tell that she was serious.

I'm sorry Mom that I never came back.

----------------

I put on the outfit and looked in the giant mirror that was leaming up against the wall. I just moved in and today we were supposed to go to a show. There was a knock on the door. "Come in!"

I turned around just in time to see a guy with a long cloak that covered what he looked like. His name was Kiroguri and I met him earlier that day. "It's time for the show."

I followed the Cloaked Man out of the room and into a carriage where King Tomura and a few other people were. "Bakugou, this is Toga," he pointed to a girl who was probably ten or eleven, "And Dabi." Sitting next to him was a kid who looked like a teenager. He has soft skin amd blue eyes. "These two will be in the show."

"Is he going to be in the next game?" Toga asked King Tomura.

"Yep. The kid has to prove himself somehow." Tomura responded.

"Wow! I didn't know that we would meet actors, and that I would be able to be in a game!" I sat at the edge of my seat from excitement.

King Tomura laughed at me and I cowered back. "This isn't like any other show, kid. You'll see what it's going to be like once we get there."

----------------

Once we were there, Toga and Dabi left us to go and get ready, while King Tomura and I went to sit in a throne. "Welcome Everyone!" Tomura's voice boomed out. "Today, we have a special guest. Everyone welcome, Prince Katsuki Bakugou!" The crowd roared my name and that made me fill up with pride. I smiled and watched as Tomura started to quiet down the crowd and sit down. "May The Gladiators begin!"

I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at Tomura. "What does 'gladiator' mean?"

"You'll find out soon enough, kid. Just sit back and watch."

I looked into the arena as two cage-like doors opened woth Toga and Dabi both standing in opposite one doorways. Suddenly, a horn rattled off and they sprung at each other. They both had something glinting in their hands, and I made a noise of surprise when Toga used her object to slice Dabi's cheek. I stood up and looked at King Tomura. "What are they doing?"

"Fighting to the death. Sit down and enjoy it." He relaxed into his seat and I stared at him in horror as I connected the peices. He wants me to fight to the death, with one of these people.

I raced down the aisle, ignoring King Tomura as he called for me to come back. I kept running until I reached the fence separating the stadium and the arena. I watched as Dabi swung a weapon with a spikey ball at Toga, but she kept dodging it. "Stop it! You'll kill each other!"

Dabi looked my way and I stared in horror as Toga stabbed him with a knife in the chest. She angled her cat-like eyes to look at me. "Thanks for the win. I'll see you in the arena next week, Prince."

----------------

King Tomura slapped me again and paced around my chair. "Do you know what you have done?!" I glared at him and put a hand to my cheek as he kept talking. "You little brat! You were supposed to stay in your seat with me."

"But I was trying to stop them! Why do you want them to kill each other? Where did you even find them?"

"One was from Endeavor's Kingdom. He wanted to leave and never return. Guess that he got his wish." Tomura laughed at his own sick joke before continuing. "And I found the girl in the woods. She was lost, so I took her in and trained her how to throw a few punches."

"And apparently you taught her how to kill too."

He simply shrugged. "Well kid, rules are rules. She was roaming on Kingdom Property, so she had to be entered into the arena. That's what happens to all people we find who's wandering on the property." He explained.

"So if you see my friend then you're going to kill him?" I stood up in the chair and my hand left my cheek.

"I won't, but you might. If you survive, that is." He laughed at me again amd I frowned.

  "I don't want to though!"

"You have to if you want to be King. Rules are rules after all, Kid."

I folded my arms amd gave him the smugest look my face could muster. "I don't want to be King anymore. I want to go home."

"Too late Kid. Your mommy already signed you off to me. You have to become the next heir, or die in the arena."

"I refuse!" I stomped on the chair and started to scream.

Tomura sighed. "Guards! Take him to the dungean! And leave him there until he learns his lesson and cooperates. I won't deal with him while he's acting like this!" The door opened immediately and a few guards came in.

"No!" I yelled repeatedly as they grabbed my arms and started to pull me into the dungeon.

The guards opened a door and tossed me onto the ground. "You'll come out once you've thought your decision through."

"You'll never take me alive!" I yelled until they shut the door. I turned around and I was met with a pair of red eyes that belonged to another kid. "Who are you?" I calmed down and he cowered like he wasn't used to being talked to like this. I noticed that he was holding a rock. "Did you name it?" I was surprised when he shook his head. I've named our table back at home, but I forgot what I called it. "Okay then. I will! His name is Arnoldo the Third."

"Third?" The kid tilted his head and stopped cowering, like he thought that he could trust me.

I gave him a friendly smile. "So you do speak. And yes, Third. We don't talk about the First or Second." I sat down next to him and he chuckled. Adorable."So what's your name?"

  "Eijirou Kirishima. What's yours?"
