My head was pounding it felt like it would explode. First opening my eyes it was completely dark and i realized I couldn't move my arms i started to panic throwing myself around I screamed out for help nobody or nothing even making a sound. I jerked my body to the side flipping myself on my knees my face pressed against the stone cold ground covered in what felt like dirt. I struggled with getting my face off the floor finally after a few minutes my face was pulled off the ground as I sat up on my feet. Everything hurts on my body I can't move without every inch of me screaming. I screamed out "GET ME OUT OF HERE" I can't take the darkness all around me. That's when I saw a light shine into the room "Please untie me" I begged the person shining the light onto me "I can't I'm sorry" the man said I automatically recalled his voice from before I passed out it was the man that was holding me, he came closer to me "I can loosen the ties, would you like that?" He asked me I nodded the light felt like it was burning me. He placed the light on the ground before taking my wrists in his hand he pulled on the knot his leather gloves ice cold against my skin I needed to do something and this was my chance. Flinging my head back I felt the impact of the man's nose on my skull I quickly jumped up the rope around my wrist coming free. I picked up the flashlight running to the door as fast as I possibly could I could hear the man right before I reached the door scream out "PARTY". Reaching the door a closed it behind me I turned to start running again but my escape was cut short as I ran into someone I looked up to see Party looking down on me. He grabbed me and I screaming "I JUST WANT TO GO BACK TO-" I was cut off by Party "To what?, drugs and lies. A city full of puppets?". I tried to squirm out of his arms, he held my arms tighter "this is for your own good" he stated dragging me back into the dark room the man that I had head butted stood in the doorway nose dripping in blood teeth smeared in crimson. He wiped his nose blood smearing onto his cheek. They took me back into the room tying my hands in the front of my body the rope burned my wrists. The one man sat in front of me sitting the flashlight next him, Party kneeled down further away his head down shadows masking his face "I'm sorry" the words coming from my mouth like a whisper he wiped his nose again the blood smearing more. "I understand you were scared" he stated looking in awe at his crimson colored hand he quickly got up leaving the room practically running out leaving tiny blood drops behind him. Party didn't stir he stayed put looking straight at me "you know what is out there right?" He asked his face swallowed by the darkness. I stayed silent unmoving as if he said nothing I looked down to the ground before sitting onto my feet. "We're the enemy to them out there, the pigs" he stated shifting his weight to his other foot "we are the future, so are you against us?, or with us?". I ignored him I couldn't answer that question I don't know what or who to believe anymore. Everything has changed I felt happy in Battery City but now?, no I feel unsafe but how can I trust two guys that practically kidnapped me and wouldn't let me take chances. Maybe I just can't live without the pills rushing and pumping through my system I felt alive even though I was practically dead. He pushed himself up looking at me one last time before leaning over picking up the flashlight and headed towards the door "think it over" he mumbled barely audible before shutting the door. I swallowed by the darkness all around me once more.
