It was the last day of the week and I've never been so happy that it was Friday. Marley ensured that she made my stay here difficult. After the Tuesday incident, I started taking extra clothes with me and they were very useful. I can't even open my locker properly, the chocolate, cheese and water that has shot out of that locker for the past few days made me understand that opening my locker normally was a bad idea. I've tried my best to avoid Laura and the guys from seeing what happened but I was getting tired. Did I mention that I've been hugging the floor a lot of times lately all thanks to Marley? She said it was a ' mistake ' so her feet sticking out at the exact time I was passing by was a mistake.

   "Elena what's the meaning of these pictures?!" Laura said storming towards me angrily. I was beside my locker pondering what the next thing that was going to pop out of that locker was.

   "What pictures?" I asked confused.

     "These ones!" Laura said putting her phone close to my face and I saw myself covered with chocolate, cheese and water. I scrolled down on the phone only to see videos of when I opened my locker and those stuff shot out.

    "Elena dear, I see you've seen your trending videos hash tag surprise locker girl. It's so funny and entertaining." Marley said and I looked at her in pure shock. I always thought Marley was just a regular girl that bullies others but this time she actually ruins people's lives. Before I knew what was happening, Laura marched up to Marley angrily.

    "This is for bulling Elena" and she.. she slapped Marley. I gasped and so did the entire school body present in the hallway.

    "Laura! What did you just do?!!" Marley screeched and Laura went closer to her probably to hit her again before Luke carried her by her waist and kept her beside me.

    "What's going on?" Jace asked looking at Laura and I. Laura just huffed and looked away.

    "Can you give me just a minute?" I asked Jace and he nodded at me in approval.

    "Marley" I called out walking towards her and she glared at me , " At times human beings can be insecure and self-conscious but the fact that you turned to bulling others to cover your insecurity makes you a monster to them. I know I've been bullied for almost a week, many people here who have been and are your victims might say I'm just starting, that I haven't seen anything. I'm saying this to correct you and to make other bullied students feel better. I'm not here to preach to you about change, I'm just telling you that insecurity is human but when you exert pain on others because of insecurity, it makes you a monster." I said to her, I looked at her friends who were standing behind her "The only reason these girls are doing whatever you say is because you are their cheer captain, many of them don't even know what the bullied did wrong, yet they join you just because they want to get on your good side. Marley.. bullying doesn't make you superior, it only makes you someone who ruins other people's lives and one day yours too". I walked away from her and went to my locker to put my books and to my surprise, everyone started clapping and I felt happy with myself. Cole gave me a high five and Luke gave me a pat on the shoulder. I stood beside my locker and opened it, I heard a screech and I turned only to see Marley covered in a gooey substance. The whole school broke out in laughter and leading them was Cole who now had tears running down his cheeks.

    "Good job, Elena." Jace said smiling at me.

     "Let's go home guys. As much as I like school, staying here has a time limit." Laura said walking out of the school door and we all followed her. Even though I can't stop the bullying everywhere, I'm just happy that I could reduce it here in Lightwood high. I gave Marley a piece of my mind and Ross was sent to military school when his parents heard he was suspended.

   I was asleep that night when I felt myself sinking, as if I was being pulled into the bed. I opened my eyes immediately and I saw myself in sir Antonio's office.

   "Elena" sir Antonio said and I greeted him, "Your task is ready and it will help you if you start working on it immediately. "

    "I'm ready sir." I said in relief, I've been waiting for this moment for weeks.

    "There is this child that is destined to kill his parents on three different occasions. The first angel who was given this mission was sent to make sure that this child was not born but the angel had sympathy." sir Antonio said and I listened attentively, "I want you to correct it. It's either the boy lives and his parents dies or he dies and his parents live."

    "Why does the boy have to die? I mean, is it his fault that he has such a foul destiny?" I asked quietly.

    "We know it's not his fault but the fact is that he is not supposed to be born so because of that we have to bring him back here in heaven for the meantime before anything happens." sir Antonio said  standing up.

    "I understand sir" I said sadly, I don't think I'm fit for this task at all.

    "This stamp will help you remember your task whenever you are deviating from it." He said putting the stamp on the left side of my neck towards my collar bone.

     "Who is this boy, sir? And how am I supposed to find him?" I asked knowing I'm about to leave.

     "He's name is Jason Xavier Gray" sir Antonio said and everything went black.
