The family was shocked and well as surprised when they saw two kids in Abhi's arms

"Abhi! Judwaa hue hai?" Manjari said, she was over the moon to see her two grandchildren

Abhi was expecting hugs and congratulations but Harsh took the girl in his arms and Manjari took the boy and both of them started making them play

"Chalo koi nahi aap enjoy kar lo babies ke saath" Abhimanyu said to gain attention but nobody heard him everyone was so busy with the kids

"Sir bache humme dijiye, your both kids are premature, so we'll have to keep them under check for 48 hours,let us take them for the check up and we'll have to keep them under observation" the nurse said as she came to take the kids

"And how's my wife?" Abhimanyu worries, seeing the kids, his mind completely drifted from Akshara

"She's fine, we'll be keeping her in observation for sometime and the we'll shift her to the normal ward" the nurse explains

As the twins were having a check up, Abhimanyu stood near them and ward evil eyes off "thu thu thu"

Akshara wakes a few hours later, as she slept off due to the exhaustion of her delivery
As she wakes up, she finds Abhimanyu near him, he was sitting with holding her hands

"Abhi..." Akshara whispers as she wakes up from her sleep, the sun rays were disturbing her so, Abhimanyu made the blinds closed

"Hush! Shanti aayi, I'm feeling very light now!" Akshara muttered

"Kya kaha! Aisa kya tha? Babies hai humare! Aur tum unhe weight to aise keh rahi ho jaise vo pata nahi kitne heavy hai" Abhimanyu said making a chidku face

"Kuch nahi ho sakta tumhara! Chidku kahi ke" Akshara said looking at the cute antics of her husband she was cutely bantering with Abhimanyu, when she noticed at the date and covers her hand over her face

"Oh h***" Akshara shouts "Abhi!"

Abhimanyu stood off in shock rather, he was scared, after the incident happened in the OT he was worried as he reminisces the incident

Flashback
'Akshu baba push it off! It's easy! Come'n"
That's when he received a flying leg on his belly
"Akshu! Why're you beating me? It hurts na?" Abhimanyu said
"Now tell me is it easy?" Akshara shouts
"Nahi I'm wrong you're in pain but just breathe" he said while kissing her face

Flashback ends

Akshara realises why he suddenly stood up
"I'm sorry Abhi gussa aa raha tha uss time"
"It's okay Akshu, pr tum itna shock kyu ho gayi thi?" Abhimanyu asks
"Kyunki aaj babies ke birthday ke saath saath unke papa ka bhi birthday hai" Akshara said as he looked at the calendar
"Ye.. ye.. ye to sachi mei! Akshu!" Abhimanyu said as he kisses his wife all over the cheeks "Akshu thanks for giving me the best birthday gift" Abhimanyu said while tears flowing from his eyes... he was over the moon dancing but,

"3...2...1..."
The noise of crying filled up
The both babies cried at the same instant

"Abhi!" Akshara said giving him a death glare

"Sorry Akshu" Abhimanyu said holding his ears

"Kaan pakadne se bacho ka kaam nahi chalega!" Akshara said making a pouty face
