It was early in the morning, as Akshara tried to wake up from the bed, while Abhimanyu was tightly holding her.

"Leave me Doctor sahab, I need to wake up and make kids ready too" said Akshara, who tried to escape, but of no use, Abhi held her tightly making her sit.

"I'm your kid, and won't you spend some time with me? Would you not pamper me ?" He said as he covers her.

"Abhi! This is not fair, I need to wake the kids" Akshara said

"Today is Sunday!" Complaints Abhi as he keeps his leg over her.

His eyes were still closed as Akshara romantically looked at her docman, and kissed him tightly.

"Let me come in your vest now" Akshara said pouting as she quickly goes in his vest while he smiled looking at his chidku rani.

Abhi finally wakes up as he wraps her around in a hug, "utha hi diya tumne" Abhimanyu said

"I was trying to go out and not waking you up, baad mein so jana, abhi apni biwi ke saath thoda sa romance kar lo! (Sleep later, be romantic with your wife at times)" said Akshara as she pulls him towards her,

"Don't try to be that seductive pati dev or else I won't be able to move out of the bed for the entire day." Akshara said to Abhimanyu as he comes over her, giving her a love bite over her neck.

"Abhi" Akshara said as Abhimanyu stopped and looked at his wife.

"Hmm?" He asked

"I...I'm not comfortable with this right now" Akshara said as tears eventually came from her eyes. Abhi was a bit shocked but he didn't saw her,

"We were yet to talk about everything, but we just started it over" said Abhimanyu, while tears flowed from the eyes of them.

Abhi just lays on the bed, while Akshara stood up and bring that file.

"April 19, 2024 I got to know about my baby, I'd feel it, it was a baby boy, I even thought the name for him, Akshansh. When he would have come in my arms na, I'd have put other two twins in my lap, I promised myself that I'd never discriminate nor I'd let anyone do that" said Akshara.

"I wanted to tell it to you, I really wanted to celebrate this, but the complications didn't let me do this" said Akshara wiping off her tears "I was in Udaipur when I skipped my periods, so I wanted to check if everything was good, when I got to know about my pregnancy, I was too excited to share, but when I'd no one, I told it to Abhir. He was too happy, but just one moment and everything got broken, all hell loses, and I lost the kid forever" Akshara said as tears dropped from her eyes, Abhimanyu was too quick to hug her and comfort her.

"I used to get nightmares whenever I tried to sleep alone, I used to think that I'm the murderer of the unborn child" Abhi told as tears flowed from his eyes. His tears soon changed into sobs, he kept his head over her and cried. "But... but trust me jaan, I did because of you, you're the most precious person I've in my life, I can live without breaths but not without my family; my real family, I can't even describe how much I love you three, I can't think of losing you just to have one another member in my life" said Abhimanyu.

Akshara tightly wraps him in a tight hug as she protectively wraps him around, kissing him.
