Overlord: "No shit. Pandora knowingly or not, declared war on humanity."

???: "Well, when are we due for launch, sir? I wanna kick some ass."

Overlord: "I know, son. Don't worry, you'll be due for launch in a few months. Listen, Rook, I know this is personal for you, but I need you to keep your eye on the mission."

Rook: "Don't worry, sir. My eye's on the mission. The only one. So, what is my mission directive when I get to Pandora?"

Overlord: "I want you and the First Marines to hunt down the traitors. Corporal Jake Sully and Sergeant First Class Alex Maverick."

Rook: (nods) "Consider it done, sir. They'll be dead within the week."

Uplink severed.

Rook then kicks the chair back, as he turns to face a picture of himself and his sister standing side by side holding a torn flag, her arms wrapped around him in an embrace, his head on her shoulder.

"Don't worry, Hope. I won't let your death be in vain. This I swear, on my life, you will be avenged."
