Hazels p.o.v
my feet allmost touched the lakes water. I was sitting in the cove with legs at my chest and my arms around them. The day has just started. It was early in the morning.

i asked Lumina to leave me alone for a while. I think she got a bit suspicous since i have never asked to be alone.

I gazed at the lake. It had a beautiful and very clear reflection. When the sun shined i could see the fishes swimming in the water.
I sighed. All this time when i was on my home-island, i never knew what was out there. I mean....yeah i flyed with Lumina a bit further away from the island, but never in Berks direction.

Now i am being bothered by the.......depressed feeling i get. I think i will never get over my adopted-mothers death. It pains me to think that she is not here. My birth-parents dissapeared.....maybe.....they left me.

I shook my head.
"They didnt leave you on that island." Lumina was right next to me and she layed down.
"How can you know for sure? You did not knew them." I turned my look at her.

I heard familiar sound.
Astrid:"There you are. I searched all Berk just to find you." She jumped off Stormfly.
I standed up. "Why you wanted to see me?" My voice sounded careless.

Astrids p.o.v
"Why you wanted to see me?"
I have never heard this tune in her voice before. All the times i have heard her she was allways happy, energetic and sarcastic. Right now she sounded like she doesnt care.
The look in her eyes reminded me how Hiccup looked when he lost his father.

"Firstly - Hiccups wants to show you something at the forge." I already knew what he wants to show her.
Hazel:"What is the second part?" She crossed her arms.
"What happened? You have not been yourself these two days."
I walked a bit closer to her. Stormfly and Lumina started to have a conversation.

Hazel sighed. "it's nothing you should worry about, Astrid. Now lets fly at the forge." She continued being emotionless. I put my hand on her shoulder before she mounted on Lumina.
"We both know that is not true."
Hazel:"I....its nothing." She pushed my hand away.

I jumped on Stormfly and we both took off. Hazel started to 'speak' with Lumina. It seemed like they were arguing already.

Once we landed next to the forge i dismounted off of Stormfly and went inside before Hazel. Toothless greeted me when i went inside with a gummy smile.
"She is here."i told Hiccup.
Hiccup:"Great!" He smiled.
Hazel:"So what was the thing you wanted to show me?" She walked inside. Grump was sleeping next to the furnance.
Gobber:"Somethin' you might like." He smiled and took a piece of metal, before going to put it in the furnance.
Hiccup:"If you dont mind i did some upgrades to your wepon." He handed the round yet very slim, looking metal with a little leather handle to Hazel.
Hazel:"You made my wepon in to a knife?" She looked amused. The handle fit right in her hand.
Hiccup:"Turn the handle to your right." He instrotured.
Hazel did what he told and the knife immideatly turned in to a thin yet strong average looking sword. Her eyes went wide a little.
Hazel:"A knife and a sword? Impresive." She grinned. She turned the handle again and the sword went back to a knife.
Hiccup took a piece if strong leather and gave it to Hazel.
Hiccup:"Also you might need this." He gave her A hilt to put her wepon in. She looked suprised.
Hazel:"Why you are giving me this? I dont deserve it."
She looked serious, once again.

Hiccup:"You have helped the villagge stop the Changewing attack, help us defend Berk against Daggur and you helped prepare Thawfest games....i think we all agree that you deserve this."
Hazel put the hilt around her waist. It was just the right size for her.
Hazel:"i am very grateful for these gifts,i mean it." Her lips formed a very small smile.
"Good, now Thawfest is going to start very soon. See you all at the arena!" I went outside to find Stormfly and prepare myself for the games and i saw her with a big bucket, filled with cooked chicken.
"Where did that come from?" I thought. When Stormfly was half-way of the big bucket she suddenly started to fire randomly.
Hazel:"Astrid step back, Stormfly ate spicy chicken!" She warned me.
"How do you know for sure?"
I watched as my friend had hard time controlling her fire and also she ran to the nearest fresh-water.....
Hazel:"Becouse she yelled or squawked 'hot' very loudly." She told me the explanation.
Hazel:"Plus.....," we jumped back so Stormfly could not roast us,"i think i heard Ruff and Tuffs voices."
Toothless started to make vibrating sounds. Stormfly calmed down and her eyes became very thin.
Hiccup:"Bud, i dont think....." Stormfly shot fire again, even if she was under the control of the alpha. Toothless stopped.
Toothless:"Groooowrrrrr..." he looked dissapointed that he could not help his friend.
Gobber:"Let me through!" He ran with a bucket of water to Stormflys direction.

"Gobber you will get yourself on fire!"i exclaimed. He ran close enough to pour it on Stormflys head. She let out few sparks from her mouth.
Gobber:"You are out of fire. Now calm down!" He turned around and walked back to us, like nothing happened.
Hiccup:"Now that is settled, we need to find the twins." He clasped hands.

Hazel:"Hiccup, arent you forget of Thawfest?" She asked. Lumina appeared right next to her.
Hiccup:"We have enough time to find those two. Its a matter of time before they couse more trouble."
Stormfly walked up to me with her head down.
"Dont worry girl, it was not your foult." I pet her side. She responded with a happy "squaawk". I smiled.
Hazel:"I dont think i need to tell you, what she said." She crossed her arms, with a little smirk on her face.

We saw Fishlegs running in our direction, already out of breath, with Meatlug by his side.
Fishlegs:"Dragons.........feeding....fish....fire!" He gasped for air in bettween the words.
Hiccup:"Fishlegs calm down. We dont get what you are saying."

Fishlegs:"When i was checking on...........the feeding station.....the dragons started to breathe fire out of nowhere! They ran to water and......"
We heard viking screams and shouts.
Hazel:"I think the chiken was not the only food, that was spicy."

We all mounted on our dragons.
Gobber:"Wait lads!" He ran to us with two buckets with water.
Hiccup:"Gobber, we dont have time......."
Gobber:"Yes you do have time to listen. There are fire-breathing beasts and you go there without a bucket if water?!" He exclaimed.
Then Fishlegs hit his forehead.
Fishlegs:"Of course! How could i forget! If we pour water on them, there fire cannot shoot becouse there heads are wet!"
Gobber smirked.
Gobber:"Look who decided to remember." He gave me one of the buckets and the other to Fishlegs.

Hiccup:"Thank you Gobber. Lets go!"
Our dragons took off. Once we had a good sight of what was going on our eyes went wide. Thank Thor that the chieftans and there sons and daughters were at the academy.

All the dragons were running and blasting everywhere. The twins were behind a house, with a smile on there faces.
Hiccup:"i will get those two to work, while you three try to calm, the dragons, down."
He turned to Ruff and Tuffs direction.
"Alright, we need to get the dragons to water, or pour water on them."
Stormfly dived and i jumped off of her once i was close enough to the ground. The water spilled, but i managed to splash it on a Nadders head before he fired, again.

When Berkians saw what we tried to do, they started to help us.
It was a lot easyer.
Once everyone calmed the dragons, i went to see the feeding station. I looked at it and the smell was not that great.
Ruffnut:"Maybe that was too much firepower..."
"It was way too much."i turned my look at them.
I heard her behind me.
Tuffnut:"Yeah.....yet, that was awesome!"
They banged there helmets.
Hazel:"Awesome?! The whole village allmost got burned, becouse of you two!"
She sounded angry.
"Hazel, its alright. We get similar situations, only not coused by those two."i gave a glare at them.
Tuffnut:"Hey...we are the ones who keeps this place interesting." He raised up his arms a bit, with a grin. Toothless landed with Hiccup.
Hiccup:"You two need to know the limit of your pranks. The houses and the village were in danger and we have quests! If they saw this mess, there could be a possibility that they would never want peace with dragons." He approached them. He was not yelling, yet he looked very irritated.
Fishlegs:"Another thing we need to take care of are the fishes. Somebody need to get rid of those." He pointed at them. Toothless sniffed the fishes and backed away with a discusted face.

Hazel:"We got a perfect vikings to do that." She crossed her arms and smirked.
"Yeah, we do." I smiled also.
Tuffnut and Ruffnut exchanged few glances.
Tuffnut:"Uhm....why are you looking at us?"
Ruffnut:"Its creepy."

Hiccup:"You two are on 'removing the spicy' fish duty." He grinned.
Tuffnut:"Oh man........."
They walked up to the feeding-station and started there work.
"Someone needs to look after them." I said while mounting on Stormfly.
Fishlegs:"I will take care of that, since my darling needs me." He looked at Ruffnut with dreamy look.
Hazel:"Ughhhh.........alright. Lets fly to the Academy, before were too late."
We all, except Fishlegs, mounted on our dragons and we took off.

Hazel flied, where the audience started to come. I jumped off of Stormfly at the entrence. Hiccup did too.
Hiccup:"Good luck milady." He put his hand on my shoulder. We both were looking in each others eyes.
I smiled "Good luck with the opening speech."
i went inside the arena.
Snotlout:"Where have you all been?" He asked.
"On Berk. Where else?" I noded.

**************after Thawfest games, in the middle of Berk*************

Hiccup congratulated the winners, including Astrid since she was also the one who survived the rolling logs and swinging ropes.
Skullcrusher with the four Thunderdrums landed. Toothless greeted them very entthusiasticly.

Eret:"I have news." He walked to talk to Hiccup.
Hiccup:"Please tell me there good." He had a little hope in his eyes.
Eret made an expression which obviously meant - no.
Eret:"The scouts have informed me that the Berserkers were sailing further, then any island in this arhipelago."
Hiccup thought for a moment.
Hiccup:"They might be sailing beyond the archipelago it self. I think they are going where we cant find them."
Eret:"I know what is far away from the archipelago, since i use to sail on those waters myself. If i can get a group of expierinced riders, i think we have a chance of fiding the Berserkers." He straightened up his shoulders, not knowing that Ruffnut is staring at him from the distance.

Hiccup:"The search has to begin after Thawfest."
Eret:"But i need riders that know what is out there. It's better to have crew with an expirence."

Hiccup knew what riders have been outside the arhipelago, but he was not sure if he wants to put them in danger, especially Astrid.
Ruffnut:"I have been there! I will go with you Eret son of Eret." She ran to them, unexpected.
Eret:"Ugh....." he looked at Hiccup with confusion.

Snotlout:"Where my princess goes, i go." He came up to them.
Hiccup:"Oh no....." he whispered and put his hand on his face.
Tuffnut:"I am not going to scrub that fish place more then i should, so i am not missing a chance of danger and adventure."
Hiccup:"Alright you guys! Lets meet up at the Academy when the village is peaceful. Today." All four of then noded.

He turned around and saw Astrid coming there way with Hazel next to her.
Hazel:"Secret meeting you say?" She smirked knowingly.
Hiccup:"Yes. We meet at night at the academy." He explained.
Astrid:"See each other then."
She smiled.

Hiccup:"............and what i am saying is that, i am not asking you to put yourselves in danger. If you dont want to go that will be fine." He ended his speech(sorry if i skiped the begining)

Astrid:"I will go." She stepped foward. Hiccup sighed, quietly. That is what he was afraid of.
Tuffnut/Ruffnut:"Me too."
Snotlout:"Theres no way i am missing this."
Hazel:"There's first time for everything, so why not?" She shrugged.
Fishelgs:"I am staying behind. There has to be someone to help you with the Thawfest."

Hiccup:"H-hold on. Thawfest ends after two days, and that is when we can start our search for the Berserkers. It would be better, if we dont just dissapear when we have tribe Chiefs here, to see how we live in peace with dragons."
Fishlegs:"Then i am going too." He said it, not so confidently like others.

Tuffnut:"Yeah! Another adventure will begin!" He jumped in excitment.
Astrid:"You still need to finish cleaning up the feeding station, with Ruffnut."
Astrid had her one hand on her hip.
Ruffnut:"Yuck. Dont remind us." She was obviously disgusted by the job, they both have given.

Hazel:"I cant wait. Now if you all dont mind, i am going to rest." She mounted on Lumina.
Hiccup:"We all should." Toothless nudged him a little.
Hiccup:"You are tired too, right bud." He lightly held by Toothleses head. He made a sound that said an obvious - "yes"

Annndd with that the chapter ends but not the story.

New adventures awaits;)

Sorry for not updating in a while. I wanted this chapter to be longer and here it is!

I think i will do more updates on sunday or saturday or even next week since homework is getting...well.......more and school gets me busy so be patient with me.
