Chapter Sixty-Three

Stampy raised an eyebrow, peaking under the balcony to see Squid just as he had hopped into the water. Stampy chuckled and enderpearled down there; it wasn't a big drop, so he wasn't worried about getting hurt. "Hi, Squid, what're you doing?" He asked with a smile. Squid shrugged. "I dunno, just swimmin'." He smiled back. "I'd join you, but it's not hot enough for me to want too." Stampy shivered.

"It's not that cold." Squid said. Stampy felt it with his paw. "It is, too! It feels like a glacier!" Stampy chuckled. "Awww, don't be a chicken!" Squid joked. "I'm not a chicken, I'm a cat. And cats don't usually like water." Stampy said. Squid shrugged. "I guess you're right." He said.

A while later, Stampy was talking and goofing around with Squid. "You know, I've never really explored the woods outside of the area, I'd like too, one of these days." Stampy said. Squid nodded. "It would sure take a while to explore all of that on foot. We need to build a little vehicle, big enough for at least like four people do we all could go!" Squid said, referencing Amy as the fourth.

Stampy nodded. "You're right! We could go so many places!" He said. "It would be better if we had horses, but I don't seem to see any around here..." He shrugged. Squid nodded. "Mhm. And no-one here knows how to ride a horse- except maybe Amy, she can practically talk to animals." He said. Stampy laughed. "Yep, she sure can."

"But I have a question, where will we get all of the materials to build a small vehicle? How do you even make one?" He asked. Squid pondered for a moment, then shrugged. "I'm sure we can figure it out." He said.

A couple of hours later, they had tried to build one with the help of Lee. It didn't turn out the greatest, but it wasn't the worst, either! It had an engine, a gas tank, a back for two people, and most importantly- it worked! They were pretty proud of themselves for actually making a small vehicle.

"Alright, you guys wanna go on a test-run?" Stampy asked. They exchanged glances. "Ehh...sure." Squid said nervously. He had never seen Stampy drive, but Lee had, and he didn't any less nervous.

Although, Lee had only seen Stampy drive a big vehicle, the firetruck, so he didn't know how good he could be with a small vehicle.

They climbed in, Stampy and Squid in the front while Lee was in the back. Stampy started it up and they cheered. He started driving, heading for the forest. They drive for about fifteen minutes until they saw a small clearing. Stampy drove to it, upon seeing a large house-looking building, he stopped and turned off the vehicle. They all came out and looked around. There was a cliff ledge near, a tall tree, and a windmill. But this place looked...old, run-down, like no one had been here for years. They decided to go in, since it looked deserted.

Stampy was the first to walk in, followed by Squid and Lee. There were cobwebs and lots of dust around the place, so it had to be old. It didn't look too old though, not old enough for caving-in floors or roofs. They were confused, though being on high alert in case of emergency.

They had their weapons at hand, still looking around and exploring. Stampy and Squid glanced at each other in confusion when they saw a large, sheet-covered object in the corner of the room. They both took a corner and pulled up.

What was under the sheet was a grand piano, they both stared in shock and awe. "Wow..." Squid said. Stampy nodded. "This is unexpected." He chuckled, looking to Squid, who nodded. "Yep. Can you play?" He asked. Stampy shook his head. "I used to be able to, but not anymore." He shrugged.

Squid nodded. They were about to lift up the lid to the piano when they heard a yelp coming from another room, and a crash.

"What was that!?" Stampy exclaimed, running in the direction in which they heard it. The two opened the door to a room, in which HitTheTarget and VeevaDash were holding Lee with a sword to his neck. There was a shelf broken on the floor with glass shattered as well from a vase that had been presumably sitting on top of it.

"Stampy!" Lee called out, in which he hissed in pain when Hit pulled the sword back to cut him. Stampy gasped, not even having enough time to process what was happening to his friend. He pulled his sword, as well as Squid did the same.

"Let him go!!" Stampy yelled, anger in his voice. He didn't want to deal with Hit right now, or VeevaDash!

Hit smirked. "I don't think so~" He purred. "Because you can't do a silly little thing about it, can you, kitty~?" Hit growled, pulling Lee along, until they were outside. "With VeevaDash by my side, you can not destroy us!" Hit smirked. Stampy looked down to Lee, giving him a secret signal to hit HTT in the stomach and run away. Lee looked a bit shocked, but did it anyway. Hit growled in pain and dropped the sword, in which Lee ran to Stampy and Squid. HTT and VeevaDash looked at each other, then back at the three, growling, they pulled their swords; Squid, Stampy, and Lee did as well.

The three seemed to be doing better than just the two at the start, until Hit started fighting Lee on his own, while VeevaDash took on Stampy and Squid. This was their plan all along!

Stampy had to save Lee, but it didn't look promising where they were standing, literally! Hit was backing Lee up, almost to the edge of the cliff.

Lee was at the edge, looking back, he saw the long drop into vast water. He gulped and looked back at Hit, holding his sword in attack position. Hit swung his sword down and hit Lee in the wrist.

Lee hissed but slashed Hit back, hitting him in the chest. Hit growled out in pain, stepping foreword and pushing Lee off the cliff edge. Stampy saw it happen. He yelled out Lee's name, obviously in shock of what had happened. He didn't know there was water down there, but the water itself was probably more dangerous than solid ground...
