Chapter Forty-Three

They gasped and drew their weapons. The woman ran in and hissed at them, breaking the glass of the Googlie Cage, which let all of the mobs out, and there were quite a lot. They started attacking Stampy and Lee as well as the mysterious woman was. They didn't attack her, which was strange.

Stampy didn't want to kill them, but he had too. He slay'ed them along with Lee, who was doing the exact same as Stampy. The mysterious woman didn't have any amour, but she had a diamond sword. They tried to get her away, but she was too strong.

They ran into the school, running into Stampy's teaching room and closing the door. They locked it and pushed a desk in front of it. They went to the back of the classroom and panted heavily, trying to regain their breath.

She, somehow, broke threw that as well. They gasped and went to opposite sides of the room, gripping their own swords as she did the same.

They escaped out of the room and ran to the fire station, getting inside and driving off. They managed to escape her but she stayed there. They couldn't come back. Stampy sighed, looking at the road and briefly at Lee, who was in shotgun.

"That was too close..." He said. Lee nodded. "I know...she's way too powerful, even for the both of us." He said. Stampy nodded. "Yeah. I'm glad we got away, but we have to stay clear of there..." He said. Lee looked out his window.

"We're never going back, are we..." He sighed. Stampy bit his lip but kept his eyes on the road, since he was driving. "I don't know how to respond..."

After a while of driving, they heard something on the roof. They froze and Lee looked out the window. "Oh my goodness...Stamps...we have company..." He said. "Oh Notch, alright, I'll pull over-"

"No, no! That's way too dangerous! Um, I got it!" Lee said and pulled out his bow, opening the door. "Lee Bear, are you crazy!?" Stampy asked. "A little!" He said and climbed to the top of the Firetruck. He kept his balance while the woman held her sword. Lee pulled back an arrow and fired, not hitting her, though. He huffed and dodged a swing from her, pulling his own sword quickly and blocking her hit, he panted and pushed her back. She growled and bashed their swords together, pushing Lee's sword up so it hit him.

He gasped and growled, a burned cut on his neck was there. He got her away, then she fell off the truck due to wind. He panted and got back in the truck. "She's gone, hurry!" He said, touching his neck, then hissed in pain as it still burned.

"Are you alright!? What happened!?" He asked, unable to look at him due to the winding road. Lee looked over at him and explained, Stampy's eyes were wide. "You shouldn't of done that, you could've gotten killed! She's too strong!" Stampy said. Lee nodded. "I know, but you were in danger!" He said.

"You were in more danger then I was!" Stampy said. Lee shrugged. "It didn't seem like that to me." He said. Stampy groaned. "Oh, Lee." He sighed. Lee smiled, quite content with himself. He knew he had saved Stampy. That's all he cared about. He was all he cared about.

They drove until night, Stampy wasn't tired, but when he stopped and looked at Lee, he was asleep with his head against the window and his arm was supporting it.

He smiled softly, letting him sleep. He tried to fall asleep as well, finally succeeding in about an hour of nothingness. He awoke in the morning in smiled, looking over at Lee, then screaming in shock. Lee was holding a knife, his arms were slit as well as his neck. He was dead. Stampy covered his mouth and looked at the windshield. It read, in Lee's blood: I'm Sorry

He shook his head, not believing what was happening. He broke out  in a sob and closed his eyes.

Stampy shot up, turning the light in the Firetruck on and panting. He had a nightmare. None of that was true. He looked at the windshield, then to Lee. He was still snoozing, while the windshield was clean. He looked to the clock and sighed. It was the middle of the night. He tried to go back to sleep, only managing to do so three hours later.

He didn't even have a dream, and he was thankful for that, not wanting another nightmare. He woke up in the actual morning and yawned, stretching his arms. He looked to Lee on instinct, to see he was already awake.

Lee looked to him and smiled, waving. "Good morning." He said. Stampy nodded. "Morning..." he yawned. Lee chuckled and looked out the windshield. "Did you sleep well?" He asked. "Nope. I had a dream that you...never mind." Stampy gulped.

Lee looked to him and tilted his head. "Huh? What is it?" He asked. "It's...alright...its a little graphic...but in simple words, you killed yourself. In here." Stampy said. Lee stared at him before looking away. "Oh...wow." He said. Stampy nodded. "I'm glad that wasn't the case." He mumbled before turning the truck on. Lee nodded a little, looking out his window.

They drove about twenty miles before taking another break. They got out and looked around. No one was around, it was completely vacant. "This is creepy..." Stampy said, looking around. The wind blew past the trees in an eerie sort of way, as the sun hid behind some clouds, making it darker. They looked around as a strange, low-ish voice was calling them.

They stayed close, waiting for something to happen so they could draw their weapons. Suddenly, the woman jumped down from a tree and screamed at the top of her lungs. They turned around and yelped, going for their weapons. But then they realized they had left them in the Firetruck.

They dodged her attacks until she finally got them after a while of swinging, knocking them out. They didn't wake up until about five hours, but when they did, they wished they never left the Lovelier parts of Stampy's World.
