MARI INTERVIEW

Q: So you were chosen for HQ's Spotlight of the month, were you expecting this?

M: "I wasn't- honestly I had a few guesses on who it could've been, even a list but I for sure was not on the list. That being said, I am extremely grateful and when I got the news I was really overjoyed- I don't think I stopped smiling for a week."

Q: What do you bring to the company?

M: "I like to think I'm extremely skilled, in our trainee rankings I always rank high and I take pride in that because that means people will see me for my talent and by seeing me, they see the company and the company gets the credit because they're why I'm where I'm at."

Q: What does HQ Spotlight mean to you?

M: "It means that what I think of myself is true and I'm not just working hard for nothing, it inspires me to keep going and I enjoy the praise that comes along with. It means a lot to me."

Q: What can we expect from you in the future?

M: "Lots and lots of things! Please look out for my name because I will not be slowing down any time soon!"
