I awoke to the sound of bickering. Are those two at it again. I'm surprised Will would even challenge an Alpha even though he could hold his own, Gabe being an Alpha would surely win in a fight. They must be pretty close seeing as Gabe hasn't yet ripped Will's head off yet although he does look close to it.

"Please Gabe just one song," Will pleaded. "Just one I promise no more."

"No you have a bad taste in music and Raina is still asleep so when I say no I mean no!" Gabe's voice hollered, getting irritated as he was.

"Actually Raina is no longer sleeping thanks to you two." I said in third person sitting up fully in my chair and yawning.

"Great now look what you've done!" Gabe growled.

"What I've done? You're the one constantly shouting!" Will shouted at him.

"Well look who's shouting now!" Gabe shouted back.

"You are still shouting!" Will was throwing his hands about in frustration.

Before Gabe could say anything I cut in gladly. "Will you both just shut up, you are like a bunch of little girls fighting over Barbie dolls!"

They both turned at me and huffed loudly. "Now you're shouting." Gabe said under his breathe.

"Woooowww!" I said loudly dragging the word out sarcastically. "And yet I still am! Does it bother you!"

"Yes!" They both said in unison when they both turned around and faced me.

"Well then good." I said. "Now you know how I feel."

They both looked at me then looked at each other and smiled then focused on the road.

"So I wanted to ask about your dad," Will hesitated before asking. "Why does he treat you like that?"

"Treat me like what, like a piece of gum at the bottom of his shoe, I don't know, why don't you ask him!" I snapped then felt bad. "Sorry, It's just..."

"It's okay, you don't have to talk about it I understand." Will smiled at me.

"No I want to talk about it, but he just pisses me off so much, ever since...ever since..." I stopped and looked outside the window tears beginning to fall from my eyes.

"Are you okay," Gabe turned to me and concern flashed through his eyes.

"What? Yeah of course. Yeah I am," I said fake laughing wiping my tears away. Then stopped fake laughing as it was obvious that I wasn't. "I remember flashes of my mothers death, I was at least two and we were running away and she was killed by rogues. My father said I would have been next if it wasn't for him saving me and killing every single last one of them. All I remember is seeing her body lying on the ground lifeless. Dead. My dad well I guess he blamed me for her death as if it was my fault she died. He--he started to drink a lot and started hitting me. But Cassandra she is like the golden child in his eyes, the special one. Me, I'm the mistake." I finished, feeling ashamed of myself. I've never told anyone about my mom. She truly was a beautiful sight. I guess you could say I looked a lot like her with the blonde hair. I always carry a picture of her with me at all times in the locket that was once hers.

I noticed Will and Gabe exchange looks, I felt their pity and I didn't need it.

"I don't need your pity. Because of him, I'm stronger, I stand up for myself. I trained hard to become who I am. I'm not complaining so please don't feel bad for me because I'm happy, I really am." I said trying to make myself feel better but failing at that and slumped down in the seat trying to stop from letting out a sob.

They both stayed silent, the only sound the was the roar of music that blasted through the speakers making me jump.

I gave Will a pointed look and he just shrugged and smiled but I could see the hint of sadness in his eyes. I looked over at Gabe who had a blank expression. The one thing I hated about Alphas was the way they could just hide their emotions as if they have an on or off switch. But I guess once Gabe and I complete the mating bond, I'll be able to feel what he's feeling. I have always been waiting for my mate, and now that I've found him I already feel complete even though he's a total ass I won't hold against him, let's face it all guys are just dicks, some bigger than others. No pun intended.

I began to get really bored and remembered I had my sketch pad. So I started sketching a picture of a wolf leaning over a stream with trees surrounding it. I've always loved drawing and painting, my mother was talented artist that I guess I also inherited from her. She had painted a picture of me when I was just a little pup.

"That's amazing," Will leaned over the seat and looked at my sketch pad.

"Thanks Will," I looked at him and smiled. Then turned to Gabe. "How long till we get there?"

Then the car stopped. "We're here."

I looked out the front window to see what stood a big black gate with gold markings which I assume was the warrior symbol. The surrounding black tall bar fence closed off a big mansion. Okay big is an understatement more like a gi-freaking-normous mansion. It was dark outside but the house was lit up by windows plus werewolf vision 'awesome'. There was a smaller neighbouring building which I believed to be the garage when the car drove towards it. Behind the building was trees. Trees only.

"Let's go for a run," My wolf purred in delight.

"Faith we just got here," I told her laughing at her which kept her quiet.

"So what do you think?" Will asked.

It's...dark and gloomy in a homey sort a way," I laughed. "If the inside is as awesome as outside is then well I'm dead." I squeaked in excitement.

"I'll be sure to give you a tour, wouldn't want you to get lost, or eaten by one of the other pack members," Will chuckled.

"I hope you're joking," I scoffed at him.

"About what? Giving you a tour?" He asked looking confused.

"About me getting eaten by one of the pack members, I find myself rather offended by your comment," I said trying to calm me and my wolf before I rip his throat out.

"What, why would you be offended, we aren't warriors for nothing, you do know about the legend of warrior wolfs, the stories?" Will asked raising his eyebrow.

The car stopped again except this time we were surrounded by other cars and we were inside the smaller building. The garage. We all got out. "Yes of course I know about warriors duh." I told him. Then turned around to walk in a wall. Wait not a wall, a big huge guy. He was really buff with black tribal tattoos on his arms. Intricate inked designs, formed broad bands around his upper arms. "Wow you're huge." I look up at him in awe.

Will and the huge guy chuckled. "And you're well... Short."

"Maybe so, but I could still kick your ass," I stood up straight.

"Are you challenging me tiny?" The big guy cocked his eyebrow and smirked.

"Yeah, I am," I grinned at him. "The names Raina, I presume you are?"

"Chase." He answered.

"You're seriously challenging someone that's ten times bigger than you." Will said in amusement.

"Well yeah, how else do you suppose I make friends," I shrugged.

Chase broke into laugher. "I like this girl, is this your mate you were talking about Gabe?" He asked.

I looked over at Gabe who had my suitcase and bag already out the trunk and the nodded at Chase but his expression was cold and blank.
It was quiet for a few minutes until screams erupted through the walls and someone had jumped on my back which who I then flipped off and threw them to the floor. The person hit the floor with an 'oomf'.

I looked at them and realised it was a girl with light brown hair, pretty ice blue eyes and tiny little freckles that where speckled over her face. She also looked a lot like Gabe. Sister I take it. I grabbed her hand and dragged her up from the floor. "I. Am. So. Sorry. Habit."

She stood and patted her clothes from any dirt then looked at me with a great big smile and screamed again. "That's quite alright, I'm Tess, Gabe's little sister, and you must be Raina. Oh My Lord And Saviour, I am so happy you're a girl, I'm like the only girl here and well you totally just saved my skin from being around stinky, sweaty boys." She giggled and I joined in.

"Hey, what do I look like to you, a disgusting troll" Another girly voice said behind me.

I turned to face her and noticed a girl much taller than Tess and I with dark brown hair that matched her eyes. She had a pale but beautiful complexion and was slightly taller than Tess and I. She looked annoyed but then noticed my gaze and smiled at me which I returned.

"You can never be sure these days with that new fragrance of yours," Tess laughed. "Okay maybe not a good idea to make fun of the troll, so nice meeting you." She said then gave me a quick hug and ran off.

"Nice meeting you." Lexi said before leaving to go run after Tess.

I just laughed at them. "Is there really only that much girls in this pack?" I asked curiously.

"Yep 'fraid so." Gabe answered then walked off in front of me with my stuff and I followed after him.

We ended up in an empty looking bedroom with just furniture, the walls were a light mocha brown. A big canopy double bed with creamy coloured side tables. There was a dressing table with a mirror that also matched the colour of the side tables. There was also a walk in closet with a lot of space for all my clothes and not to mention the clothes and shoes Zara had gave me and managed to stuff them in my suitcase. There was also an en suite bathroom. Gabe had sat my suitcase and bag beside the bed.

"You should probably pack your stuff away, my room is next door to the left if you need me but I'm most likely to be in my office. You'll get to see the rest of the house tomorrow and we'll talk about your initiation in the pack at dinner." Gabe said then went to walk out the door till I stopped him.

I tried to ignore the fact that we weren't sharing a room, I mean we are mates right. It did bug me though but I let it slide.
"Gabe?" I asked as he turned around and nodded at me. "Are you okay?"

He looked at me and shrugged. "Yeah, I'll see you at dinner." He said then walked out the room.

I had packed everything away in my new room. It didn't feel so empty anymore with my stuff in it now. I then sat on my nice comfy bed and phoned Zara.

"Oh my god girl tell me everything!" Her voice screamed down the other line loudly and I had to hold the phone away from my ear till she stopped.

"Zee this place is amazing, I miss you so much," I said sadly looking at the framed photo of us which was sitting on my bedside table.

"I miss you too," Her voice was low but I could still hear her words.

It was silent for a couple of minutes until I changed the subject. "So how is my wicked sister and father?"

She let out a big tired groan then started shouting. "I'm gonna kill them, they are planning to have a big party on behalf of your not being here any longer!"

To say I was pissed off was an understatement. I can't believe they are celebrating that I'm gone. Wait a minute of course I can believe that. "Zee I gotta go."

"Rai-Rai, don't be like that," Zara said before I ended the call and threw my phone at the wall. My phone shattered into pieces and also left a big dent on the wall. Shit. Me and my temper.
