I laid on the ground with aching muscles as I grunted in pain. I was ready to kill the one who caused me so much agony. An agony more excruciating than a physical laceration.

I waited for my beloved to be in the perfect range of my paralyzing gun and then I yelled, "I got you now beast! You won't escape me this time!"

FAST REWIND ⏪

My name is Maira and I'm from the EarthMoon pack. My physical description: dark brown skin, long curly black hair, brown eyes, plump lips, hour glass figure and my height is average. When I say my height is average, I mean I'm not short and I'm not tall either.

My father is a cook and my mother is a maid, they don't make a lot of money. They both work for the Alpha which means they work in the castle. It's traditional that every pack has a castle for the Alpha, the Beta, the Omega, their mates and their kids to live in it.

Compared to them, I live in a little house with my parents and four siblings. Our house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and one dinning room. Regarding friends... I don't have friends. I'm reclusive and I rather work alone. Making friends is daunting... I've tried before and it didn't turn out well.

I'm a very athletic person. I train my karate skills after school and on the weekends with Arcadius Sensei. I train secretly though because I'm a girl. The majority of male werewolves think it's not right for females to participate in violence, action and war affairs. There are even some females who agree with this law which I find odious. In every werewolf pack, the only female wolves allowed to battle are the ones in the WCA and the Luna. This is why my main objective is to join the WCA. This is the only organization that accepts female warriors.

To get into this organization you really have to show them that your mama didn't raise no milquetoast. Any other information regarding this organization is unknown to me because it's private. It's private to the point that I don't even know what the initial stands for.

Some news that aren't exclusive are: Humans no longer live on planet earth, they now live on our planet called Aeruta and are very aware of our abilities to transform!

Since birth Maira (May-Ra) was trained to become a violent soldier with no mercy in battle. Her love was only limited to her family. Friendship and romance weren't things she knew or cared about. Maira exhibited virtuosities of grace, elegance, intelligence and modesty. Not many females in her pack possessed these qualities. She owed it all to her mother and grandmother. As for her warrior abilities, Maira could thank Arcadius, her private instructor. Her family didn't own a lot of money neither they did have a high ranking status. In fact, no one in her family ever did but faith was about to change that. Howling Hour was about to change that.

I feel the rest below this age might have some difficulty understanding the story due to the violence, vocabulary and some subjects that'll be elaborated. You've all been warned now 😂😂 By the way, there is romance that'll be going on in this book so for those of you who just love romance, you'll get some!!!

4th thing: This book is fictional and futuristic so it's normal if you read about gadgets, weapons, places, countries, town, cities, villages, materials and histories you've never known or heard about before.

5th thing: If any of you copy my work you'll be reported! 💯

6th thing: When the writings are in Bold Italic, that means it's in my POV (it's me talking) but starting from chapter 3, it's an omniscient author. I feel better writing in third POV for this kind of book instead of 1st POV.
