"Am I that boring?" the blonde woman questioned teasingly as she closed the door behind her, watching as her husband turned away from the window and towards her, an easy and loving smile etching on his lips at the sight of her, "Never darling." Clay replied, gently lowering himself from the chair he sat onto the ground on one knee, holding the ring box that held her wedding ring up to her.
"Clay, are you proposing? Again?" she teased once more, stepping closer to him, her slightly pale hand reaching forward to run across his bearded cheek, "Well, only if you'll allow me." he countered, the love for her evident in his eyes, "I will marry you a thousand times, you idiot." Juliette laughed, shaking her head slightly as Clay opened the ring box to present her silver wedding band to her.
The brunet man pulled the ring from the box and grabbed his wife's hand before saying in a slightly overdramatic voice "Juliette Reagan Danvers.... Forbes-Danvers, will you do me the extreme honour of marrying me once more?" giggles escaped Juliette's lips at his tone but nodded nonetheless, watching as her idiotic husband's slipped the ring onto it's rightful finger before placing a gentle kiss on the back of her hand.
"And this time, maybe. Your mother can walk you down the aisle?" Clay offered, standing back up and looking into his wife's eyes, smiling once they shine at the suggestion, "Oh, that sounds nice. Care would be the flower girl." Juliette confessed as she felt her husband's arms wrap around her waist and hold her close.
"You do look quite ravishing in white." Clay whispered to her, enjoying the heavy blush that covered her cheeks in a matter of seconds "Will you have Nick walk you down the aisle?" she teased in return watching as Clay rolled his eyes at her but still with fondness exploding on his features. "Well I was going to ask Jeremy but I think Nick would be too jealous to let that happen." Clay retorted making his wife laugh.
A sound that hadn't echoed in that mansion in the past year but was dearly missed by all.
"When is everyone arriving?" Juliette questioned, finally wrapping her arms around her spouse's neck and looking at him with a loving smile on her lips, "Most of them are arriving tonight with the exception of Logan, he'll arrive tomorrow." Clay replied, raising a brow at the blonde already knowing her next words before she even uttered them, "Shouldn't we be preparing the welcoming party then?"
A low chuckle escaped his lips before he moved his hands to the back of her legs, hoisting her up to his waist, holding her there effortlessly, "I reckon we'll be too busy to greet them." he teased her, craning his neck up to look at her, not missing the cheeky smile on her lips before she connected them with his.
