She said I wasn't special. She told me my whole life that I was star dust. She said I was a waste of space.

'Ask her how.'

"How?"

"You wolf isn't a normal wolf. She knows more than the average. I can sense it. Do you know what I am?"

Um... a bitch that hurts orphans...

'She's a devil wolf. She has a wolf and a devil that learn to co exist together. She's like a total bad wolf.'

"Your a devil wolf."

"You wolf told you. She's the opposite of me. The angel wolf. I think it's time for a history lesson." She growls.

She picks up her hand and a portal is formed. She steps in.

I look to the door, but it's locked.

'Follow her. You need to know this.'

I enter in after her.

Madam Devil was waiting for me to enter. We are surrounded by darkness.

"Your wolf should understand why we are here. This is the hearth of the devil and angle wolf..."

It didn't look like a place for an angle.

'It's for neither of us. It's been unactivated for million of years now.'

"Every werewolf has a wolf, but there wolf is split into two. The darkness, the badness, the devil and the lightness, the goodness, the angel. For centuries, wolves have been battle with their insides.

"The winner is never in full control. You can be a wolf with a good mind, but still have the evilness and greed. That shows through power. You could be a perfect wolf that protects your pack, but once power comes in then change."

That reminded me of Macbeth. God, it's been a while since I read a book. Is that good for the mind?

'Pay attention please. You need to understand this.'

"A example of this is through stealing mates. Everyone has a mate out there, but once you realize you can mate with the Alpha's son. You go after him. Taking away his mate's place. Some are successful and other not so much.

"Then the other side can win, but can change for the better. You can be a murder and then meet your mate. They can change you."

"No, he's Lily's mate..."

'She's lying. Lily is Jack's mate. She just feel in love with him.' Jade growls in my head.

"There are so much you don't know... Now listen! We are different. I'm full evil. You are full good."

"We don't change. I lived with Delphiniums all my life. She's the evil all wolves try to fight off. She doesn't die. Sadly, neither does your wolf, Jade."

I'm I immortal?

'No, just me. We are the spirits of the devil and angle. The hearth, here, is how I became immortal and how there will be a battle between me and Delphiniums till the end of time.'

"The Alpha of Alpha created us. There are many Gods and Goddess. You heard of the Moon Goddess before. The Alpha, creates every wolf with his bare hands.

"This used to be where he created them. The spirits of the wolf. The Alpha was tried of putting in good and bad and having them fight his wolves fight them. He placed all of the darkness into my wolf. He placed all the lightness in your wolf."

I'm 100% good then.

'Yes, so have others wolves have been.'

"Our wolves have been passed down Human to human. Every time, the dark and light fights in one wolf. What do you think we do?"

We fight...

'To the death... She has something. We have to take it. This fight is uneven."

What does she have?

'She doesn't have it, yet. She's going to take it.'

"I don't want to fight you, Cassandra. My wolf is tired of this battle. We can both end this peacefully."

'Don't trust her!'

"Give me Jade. Leave your mark. Forget your mate."

'Don't do it Cassandra. If she gets me she gets what you have. The connection to the stars and moon. If she gets me, the devil in all wolves will win more often.'

"No, Jade is my best friend. She's a part of me!"

"You don't get a choice. You can't connect with the powers you have."

Fire. Fire burst out of the ground. Thousands of wolves show.

"I can connect to the underworld. No other wolf sprit is immortal. They all die. These," she raised her hands," are my friends that have more darkness then light."

The dead wolves started to close in on us.

Something was different. I feel Jade more then I ever had done. I feel my back pop and crack. I feel a muzzle start to form. My nails sharpen and turn to claws. My fur grew like weeds.

I stand on four paws. Four white paws with blue markings. My paws match the rest of my wolf.

I shifted for the first time.

The wolves backed away. Why?

'We can change there place. You can give them the light they need.'

"Your too late Jade."

I turn my head to see Delphiniums. Her wolf was like it was last time. Black with red markings. Markings matching mine.

'She's my sister. We come from the same wolf mind if you think about it. We don't know exactly how the Alpha separated us from that wolf. No matter what, we are still connected.'

She stood with her army and I stood alone. She howls and I feel like I'm being ripped apart. My shoulder burns.

'My mark!'

She's taking our mark, and I have no way of stopping it. I feel the connection fade away. I can't feel Calvin's anger and sadness.

'Cassandra! Listen, I don't have enough time! You need to follow the night sky. Look for the brightest star!'

That's was the last thing she said till I couldn't feel her anymore.

I wasn't in Jade's form. I was Cassandra. A naked Cassandra. In front a army of dead spirits. This is a story to tell the grandkids.

I see my wolf spirt being pulled to Madam Devil. Once, my wolf reaches her she doesn't enter. Instead, she fades away into thin air.
