SUMMARY: Isaac Kenner- Garroway was fostered my Luke Garroway. And later, adopted the boy.  Isaac grew close to the two best friends; Simon Lewis and Clary Fray.
Isaac had been fostered by Luke at the age of six. Once discovering that Isaac was a werewolf, Luke offered to look after him until they found a house to place him.  Luke got his foster license and then officially began to foster him, before adopting him.
Isaac had decided, after discovering that Luke's friend; Joclyen Fray was also in the hunter realm, but decided to not include her daughter, to look after her. To protect her.
After all, it was clear that Luke cared for her.
