PART ONE

Believe me, cons are fun. Especially big ones. But, without further to do, here are a few things..

HOW TO SURVIVE A CON + COSPLAYING

#1 One Thing. DO NOT Get lost. You'll probably blend in, if you have a cosplay. If you do get lost, at least try to look at some body pillows while there.

#2 COSPLAYING. Cosplaying. Cossssplllaaayinggg. It's dressing up as a character from a novel, movie, tv show... It's the best thing in the world! You can buy yours online, or make yours instead! I do a mix of both.

#3 BRING WATER. WATER. YOULL GET HOT IN THAT COSPLAY I PROMISE YOU THAT. Remember to hide some water in your purse. It's always a good idea. And if they don't allow it, hide it in your cosplay (:

#4 ALWAYS BRING TOUCH UP MAKEUP. IMPORTANT. Whether it's light makeup or heavy face paint, it's always good to bring touch ups. Believe me. It might occur where you spill water over your face..

#5 MONEY. MONEY.. REMEMBER TO BUY BODY PILLOWS AND ALL THE STUFF YOU WANT WITH MONEY. MONEY. It's fun.

#6 PICTURES. This might sound cheesy, but pictures. Don't be awkward! Some people will take pictures with you, and you'll take pictures with them. Especially if your wearing a cosplay.

#7 DONT BE MATTHEW WILLIAMS. You want to stand out! Be you, and have a great time. Cons are always fun to go to.

#8 PEPPER SPRAY. No, I'm not saying to pepper spray suspicious people. There are weirdos out in this great big beautiful world! So make sure you're ready. Or at least have your phone ready.

#9 FRIENDS. This is optional, but it's even more in with friends! Friends! And don't say you don't have any. Even if you don't have any that's associated with... Your fandom.. It's fun to meet strangers! NO NOT LIKE THAT. Meet ups are fun! I've done it before. Just have pepper spray ready (:

#10 BE YOU. If you're not you, then you're not enjoying it as much as you can. Be you, even if you think it's an emo. <3
