The next morning, brings us to three viking longships, as they arrived at the cloud of fog that supposedly hid the dragon's nest from the outside world. Aboard these ships were the adult vikings from Miraculous that joined Gabriel on his search for the nest hidden in the middle of the fog they were at the edge of.

"I can almost smell them," Gabriel said as he stares down at the map; that he had plunged a dagger into at the Great Hall during the meeting, before they left; on a table at the front of the ship, and placed his fist onto the middle of it before he looked up from it and adverted his gaze at the fog.

"They're close. Steady" He said as the ships got closer to the massive cloud of fog, as they went along the edge of it, while the rest of the vikings with him; as well as himself; stare at the fog in anticipation. Not wanting to wait another moment, Gabriel continues to stare at the fog and gave his orders

"Take us in." He tells the helmsman at the back of the boat, who follows the order almost immediately.

"Hard to port!" The helmsman said as he pushed the handle of the rudder forward, turning the boat to head into the fog

"For Helheim's Gate." Gabriel said as he walked up to the front of the ship, while the other two boats shouted out 'Hard to port!' as they too, followed suit, and went into the fog on either side of the leading boat. As they entered the thick fog, it was eerily quiet for a few seconds, but then out of nowhere, a screech from out of nowhere in the fog carried out through the fog, and the outline of a dragon came into view. They were in trouble.

Meanwhile, on Miraculous, the teens were back in the arena; which was now in a maze setup as they faced the new dragon of the day; while Adrien was trying to get more information about the Chat Noir Fury from Gorilla. So, he decided to stop running from the dragon in the maze talk to Gorilla as he was leaning against the cage-like dome covering the top of the arena, while he watched the students work through the lesson of the day.

"Hey, you know, I just happened to notice that the book had nothing on Chat Noir Furies." Adrien said as he looked up at Gorilla from his spot in the maze; holding onto his axe and shield; while he pesters the blacksmith with his queries.

"Is there like another book or a sequel? Maybe a little Chat Noir Fury pamphlet?" Adrien asks, right before a blast of fire came hurtling toward him, but thankfully, just hit his axe. But unfortunately, the fire was so hot that it took the blade of his axe clean off of the handle.

"Woah!" Adrien cries out as he frantically looks around for the source of where the fire came from.

"Focus, Adrien!" Gorilla shouts at him, just as the boy found out where the fire came from, as his eyes widened at the dragon of the day.

"You're not even trying!" Gorilla said as the pink, grey and black Multimouse Nadder jumped down from its spot on top of one of the maze walls in front of Adrien, and ran towards him, causing Adrien to start running away from it.

"Today is all about ATTACK!" Gorilla said before Adrien quickly goes to his right and continues to run down the path while the Nadder jumps up onto the top of the temporary wall and roars at him before moving on to the next wall, and following him

"Multimouse Nadders are quick and light on their feet." Gorilla continues as the dragon moved to another part of the maze wall, abandoning its chase on Adrien, and focusing on another one of the other students.

"Your job is to be quicker and lighter!" Gorilla said as the dragon came face to face with Nino and Max, who were surprised by the dragon as it towers over them before it raised its tail; unfurling its tail spines; and whipping its tail at the two boys, shooting the black spikes at him. But thankfully, they raised their shields to protect themselves, while screaming out in a panic.

"I'm really beginning to question your teaching methods!" Nino shouts at Gorilla as he and Max run away from the dragon, and accidentally sticking his shield into one of the maze walls for a second before he pulls it out, and continues running with his cousin.

"Look for its blindspot!" Gorilla suggested, uninterested in Nino's panicking.

"Every dragon has one," Gorilla said while Adrien ran past Chloé and Kim, as they ran through the path on his right,

"Find it, hide in it and strike!" Gorilla said as Kim and Chloé make a left turn and end up right in front of the Multimouse Nadder's blindspot; which is in the front of its nose; as it walked up the path in front of them. As soon as the two twins see the dragon, they immediately halt their running, and stand still, in front of the dragon's blindspot. But as they breathe heavily in panic, Chloé suddenly catches a whiff of a horrible smell, and then she realizes that it is coming from Kim as he stood in front of her while he leans away from the dragon as it caught the scent as well.

"Ohh! Do you ever bathe?" Chloé quietly whines as the dragon moved its head to find the source of the smell, while they move with its head as well, to stay in its blind spot. After the dragon moved its head for the second time. Chloé pushed her shield into his back to relieve herself of his horrible stench.

"If you don't like it just get your own blindspot," Kim said; facing the Nadder; as he elbowed Chloé's shield off of his back, causing her to step from behind him and to his right and use her shield to push him back, all while they were now out of the dragon's blindspot, while they continue their fighting

"How about I give you one?" Chloé said as she head-butted him, pushing his head back before he responded with a head butt of his own. But then the dragon growls, pulling their attention away from their fight and back to the Multimouse Nadder as it blasted at them, giving themselves seconds to get out of the way of the dragon's fire.

"Blindspot yes. Deaf spot, not so much." Gorilla said as he continues to watch the students in boredom but then chuckled at his own joke as Adrien, Marinette, Alya and Felix run past his vantage point, giving Adrien another chance to talk to him.

"Hey, hey..." Adrien began, drawing Gorilla's attention away from his overviewing, and back at him as he stopped his running.

"So, how would one sneak up on a Chat Noir Fury?" Adrien asked as he looked up at Gorilla as he spoke.

"No one's ever met one and lived to tell the tale," Gorilla said, exasperated with his endless questions, as he placed his right hand on his forehead to stop an incoming headache.

"NOW GET IN THERE!" He shouts at him, trying to get Adrien to focus on the lesson, causing Adrien to back away from him while he still tries to get some answers.

"I know, I know, but hypothetically..." Adrien starts to say, as he continues to backtrack away from him.

"Adrien!" A voice to his right quietly shouts out at him. He turned to face where the voice had come from, only to see Marinette, Alya and Felix crouched next to the wall behind him.

"Get down." Marinette whisper shouts to him while using her shield to add emphasis to her point. Adrien quickly listens and crouched down behind Felix just before the Multimouse Natter comes around the corner and looks around the fork in the path in front of it. Once it stops, Marinette peaks from her spot behind the left path of the fork, and takes a few breathes, then rolls to the other side of the fork in the path, using her shield as extra momentum while staying in the dragon's blindspot and being as quiet as she could be. Alya and Felix follow in suit, but when Adrien tried to do the same, his shield proved to be too heavy and pulls him out of his roll, and falls to the ground, catching the dragons attention. A second after the dragon spotted him, Adrien got up from the ground and ran from the dragon just before it could eat him, and runs down the path. Meanwhile, the dragon jumps up to the top of the maze wall in front of it and jumps to another one next to it, and spots Marinette, Alya, and Felix. The dragon jumps down from the top of the wall and blocks the teen's path. As soon as the dragon appears in front of them Marinette and Alya raised their shields in front of them while lifting their weapons into the air, ready to attack when Felix jumps in front of them.

"Watch out girls. I'll take care of this." Felix said as he used his shield to push the two girls back and then threw his sword at the dragon. But, unfortunately, it hits the wall on its left instead, which made the Nader give the boy a laugh-like-roar at his pitiful attempt. Marinette and Alya turn their gaze from the dragon, and back at him, anger filling their faces while nervousness filled Felix's

"The sun was in my eyes, girls," Felix said, turning to face the two girls to defend himself for his failure, while the two girls glanced at the dragon before running down the path on their left, leaving Felix with the dragon. A second after the two of them left, the dragon then shoots fire at Felix, who only had seconds to evade the blast and follow Alya and Marinette.

"What do you want me to do, block out the sun? I could do that but I don't have the time!" Felix rattles off as the three of them continue running through the maze. Then Felix and Alya take a left turn through an open path, but Marinette continues running straight ahead, till another fork in the path forced her to skid on her shield and make the turn left to avoid knocking into Adrien; who had somehow managed to make his way to Gorilla again, and tries to pry more answers from him; and a dead-end that would end up trapping her. Unfortunately, Multimouse Natter continues following Marinette, and in doing so, it knocks into the wall at the fork in the path, causing it to fall to the ground as it continues chasing Marinette, who still tries to get away from it, while the chase destroys the maze in the process. Meanwhile, Adrien was still trying to get more answers from Gorilla while everyone was running past him to get out of the rest of the maze before it collapses.

"Has anyone ever seen one napping?" Adrien asked as Chloé and then Nino; followed by Kim; knock into him as they ran from the collapsing maze.

"Adrien!" Gorilla shouts at him, trying to get him to focus on the lesson, while Adrien looked behind him to see that the maze was collapsing towards him, and sees Marinette had climbed to the top of a falling wall that was heading to the ground; shield in her left hand, and her whip in her right; with the dragon close behind her. She jumps to another wall; which was the wall behind Adrien; as the dragon jumps after her, causing the wall Marinette was on to topple forward, while she saw Adrien was in the way of the wall.

"ADRIEN!" Marinette shouts out as she fell from the wall, and right towards him. Adrien falls back to the ground in surprise, while Marinette lands on top of him; with her whip, somehow getting wrapped around Adrien's shield; in a tangle of limbs, while the dragon that was chasing her a second ago, was buried under some of the walls of the maze and Chloé and Kim were watching from behind some of the fallen walls in amusement.

"Ooh! Love on the battlefield." Kim said while Marinette tries to untangle her leg from Adrien's, while her cheeks were painted a brilliant fire red.

"She could do better" Chloé snidely said while Marinette continues to try and get away from Adrien.

"Let me... why don't you...?" Adrien tries to say, right before Marinette manages to break free from him and get onto her feet, just in time to see the dragon had gotten out from under the fallen walls it was pinned by and coming towards them. Marinette gasped, and tries to pull her whip off of Adrien's shield; even putting her foot on it to help hold the circle of wood down; but then just pulls the shield off of Adrien's arm, and in the process manages to push her foot into the left side of his face; earning some cries of pain from the boy, jumps away from him, and swings her whip to make the shield hit the dragon in its chin; turning the shield into a shower of wood and metal; making the dragon disoriented and walk away in pain.

"Well done, Marinette," Gorilla said before the Multimouse Nadder fell to the ground, unconscious, while Marinette breaths out a sigh of relief at her quick thinking before she turns to face Adrien, who was still on the ground; curled up into a ball, and covering his head with his arms.

"Is this some kind of joke to you?" Marinette shouts at him; her tone giving out a tone of protectiveness; while Adrien drops his arms from his head and looked up at her.

"Our parent's war is about to become ours." She continues, as she wound up her whip and attached it to her belt while still looking at him

"Figure out which side you're on," Marinette said while she crossed her arms in front of her chest, and walks away from him, with Alya following behind her. As she left Adrien, looks down at the ground in disappointment that he was once again, unable to impress his crush, but then thought of an idea to get his answers about the Cat Noir Fury, and left the arena. Meanwhile, Marinette and Alya; who were walking back to the village; were having a little chat about the previous events.

"You know, you could have handled your protectiveness of your secret crush, a little better." Alya lectures her best friend, much to Marinette's annoyance as she raised her hands to her face and drag them down, pulling her skin with it before they fell off her face.

"Emphasis on 'secret crush', Alya. Like he would believe, me... quirky, clumsy, and nervous-wreck Marinette Dupain Cheng... has a crush on him." Marinette said as she slouched forward as they walked, feeling defeated. Alya merely shakes her head at her friend's behaviour. This wasn't the first time she's seen Marinette like this, and it probably wouldn't be the last.

"If by 'quirky, clumsy, and nervous wreck', you mean 'strong, graceful, and a powerhouse', then yes, he would believe you have a crush on him," Alya said before she adjusted her walking path, starts walking backwards in front of Marinette as she continues walking forward, and placed her hands on her best friends shoulders.

"You are an amazing girl, Marinette. And if Adrien can't see that, then it's his loss."  She said, lifting Marinette's spirits a bit, causing her to give Alya a small smile.

"Thanks, Alya, but he's the chief's son. He can't know I have a crush on him. And plus, he probably hates me after I blew upon him. But can you blame me for blowing up at him, he was not even being careful in there." Marinette said, as her small smile faded.

"I don't blame you at all for your reaction, and don't say that about yourself, gurl. Just because he's the chiefs son, doesn't mean he's all that. Heck, yesterday and today, and many other events in the past have proved that. Just be yourself, and he'll like you for who you are.  The funny, smart, loyal, warrior queen who designs her own outfits, and bakes with her parents in her spare time, while training her butt off to be the best warrior, Miraculous has ever seen." Alya said, much to her friend's amusement, as her smile grew wider.

"You're right. I just need to be myself." Marinette said as Alya once again readjusted her walking path to once again walk next to Marinette.

"Of course I'm right. I always am." Alya said as she crossed her arms over her chest in cockiness, causing Marinette to roll her eyes at her antics.

"That's debatable," Marinette said with a smirk, causing the two girls to giggle, and continue their walk to the village in a comfortable silence.
