First day of Middle School. Whether its 6th grade, or you transferred from another Middle School and are now in 7th or 8th grade, well, you at least have some experience.

People say that the first day in your new middle school is the most important day, and, to be honest, IT IS.

The First Day is the day that you meet your friends, for perhaps the rest of the school year! And most things are introduced the first day, so if your reading this in the summer, and your soon to go back or go for your first time to Middle School, DON'T PRETEND TO BE SICK AND MISS SCHOOL THE FIRST DAY.

Trust me, I tried when I was in 6th grade. But my parents forced me to go, and I am grateful. Why? Welp, we don't do any work the first day, we just introduce ourselves, and other things like that.

Even though my first day was... Something, I still suggest to not skip it.

​​​​​On my first day, I got a lot of anxiety. Why? Because there are 7 DIFFERENT CLASSES, INSTEAD OF 1 WHERE YOU CAN JUST CHILL AND DO EQUATIONS LIKE 8×8.

Plus, my homeroom teacher never came. So the first week, we had to stay with another teacher that doesn't care about any of us. She just tells us to write a 10 paragraph essay, give it to her, and she just throws it away. Dang. Cold.

So since I was new to that middle school, I knew nobody there. Nada. Zero. And yet, everyone else seemed like they knew everyone, except that little shy girl in the corner drawing and writing fanfictions. Me.

So I suggest you be yourself, and instead of me, being shy and never talk to ANYONE XD, go ahead and talk to the girls or boys. Yes, they seem like they might bite since they're teenagers or tweens .

But nah, they don't. Unless they're spoiled brats, like in the movies.

I suggest get a good nights sleep before bed, pick an outfit that suits you (unless you wear uniforms like me, then AYYYY IM NOT ALONE welcome to the club, pal!)

Smile when people come up to you, greet them, and if they go to different classes be like Adele and sing HELLO FROM THE OTHER SIIIIIIIIDE!~

Enjoy your First Day, and make it count! Talk with people and students, become friends, socialize! I know how it feels to just want to stay in your room, in your electronics, and reading/making fan fictions/fanart. Orrrr is that just me? XD

​​​​​​Do some jokes n stuff, like knock knock jokes or puns. I personally jokes. Especially cheesy and bad ones. I make a skele-ton of puns, if you knew me in real life, you'll find out I'm very humerus, and I'll tickle your funny-bone.

​​​​​​Seriously tho, enjoy it! There's only ONE first day. :)

And everyone LOOOVES BAD PUNS AND JOKES!

Or they might just groan and question you on why you made that joke or pun. And you'll just be all like...

"*puts on sunglasses* becuz I can. *slides like a derp out of room* Thug Life"
