There can be a million different signs if someone likes you. It could be that they talk to you a lot and they give you signals that they like you. Maybe that would be telling you personal stuff, moving closer, touching, and etc. Most likely the worst possible case would be if you thought someone liked you, you confronted them, then they said they didn't. Luckily that hasn't happened to me recently.
