The male lead regrets everything but it was too late, as the female lead has already learned to love her husband and now living a happy life she deserves.

Viscount Naia clapped his hands, and the curtains opened up exposing the breathtaking view of the ocean.

Mukhang nakakatakot kasi yung kay Naia. " How about you, Crown Princess Libitina?" Napatingin ako sa prinsesa nang siya naman ang tanungin nito.

Katulad nito ay mukhang nagulat din siya sa sinabi ni Viscount Naia. "My name's Mara Mezzasalma." Matapos magpakilala ay tumingin siya sa akin. "To be reincarnated with the character that dies for the male lead? Damn." Komento niya at hindi ko alam kung nang-aasar ba.

I really hate that part of the book.

"Rest assured that nothing like that will happen again, Mara Mezzasalma." Ngumiti nalang ako. "So, how did you die?" Dugtong ko.

"Darling, do you really want to know?" Tumawa ito. "In my previous life, I am as wicked as Libitina, but bloody." She smirked.

"So you're a criminal, something like that? Ako kasi hater lang ni RC Astralia." Ganti kong sagot.

"I am, a mafia underboss to be exact," Wow, mafias exist? "And hate ba kamo kay RC Astralia? Honestly, I am on the verge of hating her because of what she did to my favorite character." She clicked her tongue

Girl, I feel you!

Naputol ang pag-uusap namin ng biglang bumukas ang pinto at inuluwa nito ang isang lalaking mukhang may mataas na ranggo.

"Mea Culpa, My Lady and Your Royal Highness, but Viscount Naia and I must take our leave now as the king summons us to the palace for a private matter." Saad nito.

"My apologies, Lady, Your Royal Highness, I must take my leave now. Until we meet again. Please, Lady Daneiris, discuss the plan we created if we meet another same fate as ours. Thank you and farewell." Paalam nito at nagmamadaling sumunod sa lalaking pumutol sa pag-uusap namin.

Naiwan kaming dalawa sa loob dahil nagmamadaling umalis si Viscount Naia kasama ang Grand Duke. "By the way, Princess Libitina, napag-usapan namin ni Viscount Naia na ipapaalam sa isa't isa kapag mayroon pa kaming nakilalang katulad natin na nareincarnate rin sa librong ginawa ni RC Astralia." Tumango tango siya sa sinabi ko. "By the way, anong libro nga pala ang napuntahan mo, if you don't mind?" Hindi ko pa pala naitatanong.

"The second installment of Astaria Series, The Throne of Glass and Gold," ang aking sagot sa tanong niya.

"Ah, sa second book pala." Pabulong kong sagot. Paano ay wala naman akong alam sa ibang libro ni RC Astralia kasi nga nabadtrip na ako dito sa kwentong napasukan ko ngayon. "Are you busy, Princess?" Tanong ko nalang. Medyo awkward na kami nalang dalawa ngayon. Mukha pa namang wala siya sa mood.

"I am kinda tired because of everything that happened today." Tumayo na rin ako ng tumayo siya. "I'll take my leave now, Lady Daneiris. Those brats sucked all my fucking energy like leeches."

"Well then, Princess," Lumapit ako sa kanya, and I know she might get mad, pero, "It was nice meeting you today, Mara. Sana magkita pa tayo ulit." Saad ko sabay yakap sa kanya tulad sa ginawa ko ng makilala si Viscount Naia.

Gumuhit ang ngiti sa mga labi ko ng yakapin din niya ako. So she's cold but also sweet huh?

We parted ways after that. Right now, medyo panatag na ang loob ko na hindi lang pala ako ang napunta sa mundong ito. Even though malayo kami sa isa't isa, it's still a relief knowing them.

A few minutes after that, the ship departed the coast of Sheodica and we headed back to the Kingdom of Vrivasea. Laking pasalamat ko na hindi ko na nakita ulit si Duke Hadeon at Crown Prince Dimitri sa buong biyahe pauwi. Mas naging maingat kasi ako kapag lumalabas ng silid.

This is it, all I have to do is focus on the preparations for the victory party, at sunod ko namang aasikasuhin ay ang pagsama sa Stormwatch.
