For everyone who reads and starts laughing out of nowhere, embarrassing themselves, Is having a crazy fangirl/boy moment, here are my tips:

• If you can't stop laughing, turn off your phone or device.

• Put it out of reach

• Take deep breaths

•once you've calmed down, carry on reading.

These do work for me btw.
