How color/design eyes

First use:  Dip pen (soft)

on 1: Force fade and draw the color on the eyes

Now we design, this is my style, you don't need to follow, you can be creative on your own.

So, what I do is, I make the color brighter and draw a little in top of what I drew

Then I make the color darker

And do this

Then I make the color black and cover the remaining space in the eyes

And I also do this lol

Once done make the blending (add) and reduce the opacity to 50%

Then press number 4 (filter)

Use Gaussian blur

Radius was 4%, but 2% 3% is advisable if you want to keep yours design more

Then I go to Hue saturate and lightness which i also in Filter (4) to adjust hue to change the color anyhow.

I make a new layer, (should be on top), make blend mode (add)

Then I use the brush Felt tip pen (Soft)

And I make the dot on the eyes

And make a line on the end of the eyes, press 3, to make the line smoother

Make a new layer, (should be on the bottom), a first put black, then white, then black on the eyelid.

Then I use Gaussian blur 12% (this help makes the eye stand out)

Then I raise contrast and lower brightness, helps the eye look more shiny. (Not necessary though)

Ugh! It was confusing right! But it's not hard at all, I just suck at explaining!!
