I used this background.

And arranged my PNG in the way I see the cover going.

Then crop a hand holding a knife.

I took the PNG of the guy holding the knife and crop his sleeve.

then use it has the hand sleeve to make it look like he is really the one holding the knife.

Then to change their face expression. I used stretch (I've given a tutorial for crying face with this)

Then I lowered the hand whiteness.

Then I change the hand color with beautify.

Then I smooth the cropped hand with beautify.

And use skin tone again to make the clot of the hand and the person match more.

I use colorize (it kinda helps in just matching everything)_ and then I raise the saturate.

I use oil and make it multiple so it would be dark.

Then I'll use the eraser but lower the eraser opacity to 30 and reduce the darkness in their face.

Then I used dodger effect.

And lower the opacity and paint on the lips. (I already have how to make a bruise tutorial so yell probably know already)
