How I did this?

I first

Pick a background.

Add a PNG.

(I like my covers simple sometimes😀)

For the effect.

I first learned this from Shai_raaa

She always blur a shiny picture then make it screen for glow effect.

She'll erase it and paint it around the girl or boy.

So I started making it into effect instead and also put it on the flower and stuff. (I suck at explaining ugh!) But check her out.

But I realize I could do it with PSD photo from LevyTrish

I picked this.

Then I zoomed to the color I want.

Some part will be dark and part will be light.

Go to effect.

And make it blur.

Blur 50%
Fade 0%

Then I pick overlay.

(I didn't screenshot the rest..😅)

But yeah.. At least if you didn't know people with the best PicsArt tutorial I've introduced you to Shai_raaa and LevyTrish.

I'll make the next tutorial better promise.

I was actually trying to do this effect but.. It sucked but I haven't given up and I'll do better.
