I used this background.

I used one snow fall PNG then one snow fall texture. I did erase some of the snow png, so it wouldn't be in the face.

For the texture

I use lighten and didn't erase this time.

I wanted the effect of this photo

So i made it blur

Then I use the blend (multiply)

Then I went to adjust

Brightness: 20+
Highlight: 25-
Shadow: 20+
Contrast: 10+

I raised the saturate.

I use colorize with this color 🔽. I fade 90%

Then I went to adjust.

Shadow: 69+

Highlight: 50-

Clarity: 20+

Contrast: 10+

Then i added a smoke to the mouth and reduced the opacity and then I made it sharpen.

Sharpen: 90% fade
