Okay, okay I know, "every warrior cat guide has punctuation stuff and this guide is supposed to be unique to the other ones!!!11!" But I just read the first chapter of a warriors fic that was just like this:

RedStar looked at his mate WillowNose and mewed I want kits.WillowNose laughed and shook her head.No way RedStar.

That wasn't the fic btw, so don't go looking for a fanfiction about Redstar and Willownose.

Anyway, here's the basic stuff:

+ Indent your paragraphs. That's six space bar taps if your on mobile. Also, when paragraphing, refer to the chapter before this.

Additionally, don't be afraid to start a new paragraph. Especially in a battle scene. Once the topic starts to change or if it's a battle and a different move is being used, start a new paragraph. It can help keep your words organized and comprehensive.

      RedStar looked at his mate WillowNose and mewed I want kits.

      WillowNose laughed and shook her head.No way RedStar.

+ Use quotation marks ("")when someone speaks. You can add a comma(,) if it's part of the same sentence, too. If a new cat speaks, then you need to start a new paragraph, because English is crazy.

      RedStar looked at his mate WillowNose and mewed, "I want kits."

      WillowNose laughed and shook her head.
     
      "No way RedStar."

+ In warrior names, only the first letter is capitalized. RedStar becomes Redstar, WillowNose becomes Willownose. This also applies when the last letter of the prefix is the same as the first letter of the suffix, like Frosttail. FrostTail = no. Frosttail = yay. At least, that's what I do. Some other people like to hyphenate it to Frost-tail.

      Willownose laughed and shook her head.
     
      "No way Redstar."

+ I didn't include this in my bold example, but after a punctuation mark, you need to put a space.

+bonus that gets on my nerves:

UK and US spell some words differently. For example, Grey/Gray, Colour/Color, Favorite/Favourite

Don't yell at people when they spell it the way they're taught. It's annoying and rude.

However. Rogue and rouge are not an example of this.

Rogue = bad guy

Rouge = make-up
