When Carrot came home wearing the collar, Blue feared the worst. There was only one set of aus that collared their subordinates and that was the Fell aus. So the question was, who would dare use Papy as a pet? Initially he thought of Swapfell or Fellswap. Still when he confronted Carrot about it.. "B-BROTHER... WHERE'D YOU GET THAT COLLAR..? IS SOMEONE HURTING YOU?" He was waved off. "what? no way bro. i'm fine, i promise." He thought to go to Ink and Dream about it, but he didn't think they'd help with anything that didn't involve Nightmare and Error. So he turned to a Fell expert and his mate, Classic. Red agreed to help immediately.

The three Sanses hid in Red's room, discussing the abnormalities of his own world recently. "the boss has been acting really fuckin weird. he's not hurtin me as much, and as much as i want to think that this is a good thing, i have my doubts. if he's turning his aggression on yer brother... well, i fuckin hope not." Red concluded, a nervous sweat dripped down his skull from being in the same house as Underfell's Papyrus. He was reasonably scared. He and Blue Both. Classic was just tense. He didn't mind finally putting that asshole in his place. He pulled Red close, reassuring his mate that he was near. "SO WE ARE STAKING OUT UF!PAPYRUS THEN?" Blue asked in his best whisper. Red and Classic both nodded. All three nearly jumped out of their skin when said Papyrus shouted. "YOU'RE LATE." The three snuck out of Red's room to confirm Blue's fears. It was Carrot.

Carrot rolled his eyelights and closed the door as he explained himself to Edge, who was on the couch, clearly worrying without showing it. It was the small things that he noticed though. His tense, straight posture and how he eyed the door sold it. "sorry edgy. was smoking before i came in." Edge scowled. "WELL STOP. THAT SHIT IS UNHEALTHY." He replied, standing up and crossing his arms. Carrot noticed Edge's eyelights flicker to his collar and Edge blushed. It was cute. "heh. you worried 'bout me, edgy~?" Carrot teased. Edge scoffed. "WELL NATURALLY. WHAT KIND OF BOYFRIEND WOULD I BE IF I DIDN'T?" Stars he's adorable. Carrot closed the distance between himself and Edge, burrowing his face in Edge's armor while he hugged the shorter Pap. Edge hugged back.

Red's eyelights disappeared as Carrot looked his brother up and down. "your last route a genocide?" Edge looked away immediately. "THAT DOESN'T MATTER." It had been.. A smirk twitched at Carrot's face. "then you don't mind if i strip ya down~?" Edge turned cherry as Carrot legit picked him up bridal style and carried him to the couch. "H-HONEY!" Edge stammered, turning redder. "i love you~." Carrot purred as he stripped Edge down into his long sleeve shirt and pants. In response, Edge kissed Carrot. This is so fucking hard to believe. Edge and Carrot. Carrot and Edge... together. Edge had a loose hold on Carrot's collar as well. "YOU'RE STILL WEARING IT.." Carrot lounged back, blushing from the kiss. "a symbol of your love? well naturally. what kind of boyfriend would i be if i didn't?" Carrot repeated Edge's earlier words. Red found himself gripping his own collar. A... symbol of his love..? "your brother at undertale again?" Carrot asked suddenly. Edge shrugged. "MOST LIKELY." What had Carrot told him? Earlier they were talking about the genocides and now he was speaking of the aus?

"my bro didn't take my collar very well. he was scared." Carrot told Edge as he pulled the slightly smaller Papyrus into his lap. Edge relaxed immediately into him. "I SHOULD HAVE FIGURED. ARE REPUTATION IS ON L.O.V.E, NOT LOVE." Carrot hummed. "but we changed that~." Carrot teased. "SO WE DID.." Edge sounded like he was actually falling asleep. "tired are we?" Edge grunted. "NO.." Carrot chuckled. "liar. it's fine, i'll keep watch."
"YOU'LL.. FALL ASLEEP...... TOO...." Edge grumbled. "good night, edge." Carrot whispered before looking up. He knew Blue had followed him. "ya can come down now, he's asleep."

Classic took the lead as the three filed down the stairs. "when did... this... happen?" He asked immediately. Carrot hummed. "bout... six months or so. kinda... got caught and things happened." He stroked Edge's skull as he continued. "edge never sleeps well after a genocide. so i kinda have him take a nap when i'm here. heh. usually i end up falling asleep with him." Red and Blue were dead quiet. So Classic asked another question. "so your the reason behind his change in behavior?" Carrot nodded. "we've been working on his anger issues. he really is trying to change for the better. for red's sake. he knows he's done wrong and he wants to make up for it."
"an' these." Red gripped his collar. "ar' really a symbol of his affection?" Carrot looked at Red. "if you have noticed, he's not exactly good with nice words. so he let's his actions speak louder." Red flinched. "yeah... loud an' clear.." Blue, finally burst, waking Edge up in the process. "YOU TWO ARE ADORABLE TOGETHER!!!!" Edge grumbled, Carrot gave him an apologetic smile. ".... THANKS BLUE.." Edge grumbled before snuggling back into Carrot.
