A/N: I hope you all enjoy it! How are you liking the rewrite so far?

Gannon's Pov:

"I don't want you to get hurt because of me," Nia's voice laced with concern as she looks at me warily.

"I have an inhuman tolerance for pain, so there is no reason to worry" I spoke confidently and honestly without giving anything away that will scare her.

Nia lifted a hand grabbing hold of my wrist as we stared into each other's eyes. Butterflies fluttered to life in my stomach, bring me excitement and euphoric peace.

She let out a sigh before she spoke again, "Fine, but if you get hurt I'm helping you in any way I can, also you get to ask one favor of me no questions asked."

My thumb trailed up and down her cheekbone as I reassured her that my help didn't need conditions for her, "All of that isn't necessary really I'll-"

Before I could finish my sentence she scowled at me lightly as she spoke sternly, "Than you're not helping me"

"Why not help him with the testing of his toys," Azaria asked in a matter of fact way, reminding me that it isn't just Nia and me in our own world.

"Azaria!" I spoke in a chastising tone knowing just how bad this idea could end up.

I don't want to lose Nia before we've even started to know each other. Slowly, I moved my hand from her face, missing the feel of her skin already.

"What? You need a tester and this way she wouldn't feel indebted to you", Sh explained as if it was the simplest thing in the world to understand.

"But that isn't something you just say."I spat out the words as I pushed back the budding mental images of Nia, naked, and waiting as I made my way over to her for testing my toys.

"I'll do it", Nia agrees with a shrug of her shoulders as if it weren't a big deal.

"You'll do it", I repeated as I stared at her with my eyebrows raised in disbelief.

"Yes, as long as you're willing to help me tonight. Can I have your phone number now? I don't want to take up any more of your sibling time." Nia explained as she pulled out her phone from her hoodie pocket.

"You won't change your mind will you?" Azaria asked in an almost teasing tone as Nia tapped the screen on her phone.

"Nope", Nia replied popping the p as she handed me her phone.

Knowing that arguing could very well lead to Nia changing her mind about letting me help her. I quickly typed in my name and number in the contact form.

"I didn't think you'd agree so easily, I hope your romantic partner isn't the dangerously jealous type", Azaria wondered out loud as she arched an eyebrow giving me a pointed look.

Nia blinked taken aback by my sister's words as I handed her the phone back, "No romantic partner to speak of, actually."

"Are you looking to be in a romantic relationship?", Azaria asked curiously with a slight tilt of her head and a warm smile on her lips.

I handed Nia her phone while glaring at my sister, "Alright Azaria that's enough."

Turning to face Nia again I spoke in a softer tone, "I don't want to hold you if you have something to do."

"If you don't, have lunch with us", Azaria offered with a wide smile as she interlocked her arm with Nia's.

"I do have to catch up with someone for a movie, It was nice meeting you", Nia explained before she gave me her attention again, "I'll call you later. Be careful both of you."

With that she turned and headed down the sidewalk, sliding her headphones in her ear before plugging the jack back in her phone. Azaria turned to face me with a wide smile that sent chills down my spine.

Before I could tell her to shut her mouth she excitedly whisper screamed, "She's your destined, isn't she?"

"What makes you think that?", I dodged her question as I walked to the end of the block spotting a cute diner across the street.

"The way you talked to her, you were open, honest. You're usually a tight-lipped wet blanket", She explained as she followed me as I made my way to the diner.

"Fuck you", I growled the words out as I walked into the diner, throwing the door open harder than necessary.

"I'm sure you'd only be thinking of her during it", She grabbed my arm and whispered the words near my ear as a waitress made her way over to us.

"You're gross", I hissed at her before the waitress reached us.

The conversation hit a lull as the waitress introduced herself and showed us to a booth. After a quick glance at the menu that was given, we picked something random.

Neither of us really ate human food all that much because of our lineage. When the waitress left the conversation continued much to my slight annoyance.

"So what about the others then?" Azaria pestered me as she placed her elbows on the table, cradling her face in her hands.

I didn't say anything in response. If I lied she'd see through it. If I tell her the truth it would be embarrassing. Having only one encounter with my other destined and no way to contact them either.

How fast would the news spread to the rest of the family if I told her the truth? Probably almost as fast as they would come here, dong their best to 'help' me with my destined.

"Come on, Dad has multiple and so does, Knox. Airgo you also have multiple, can I meet them as well?", She spoke in quick session the excitment in her eyes nearly blinding.

"Why would I do that?" I asked rhetorically as I looked around for the waitress, this conversation would be better with the ability to eat and avoid questions.

"Are you at the blushing, shy, borderline doormat stage with all of them?" She grilled me after she let out a groan of frustration and ran a hand down her face.

My lack of answer prompted another groan to leave my sister. The heat that started to raise on my face could not be stopped no matter how much I willed it to go away.

"We are going to get each and every one of your soulmates phone numbers before the day is out", Azaria declared with a grin on her face and determined gleam in her eyes.
