Okay ... let's just take a moment to breathe. Non-Moonwalkers, if we had a dollar, or a pound, or a euro (or whatever your currency is), for every time we heard this phrase:

"Michael Jackson had too much plastic surgery".

We would be ... MILLIONAIRES.

Let me clarify.

MILLIONAIRES.

Yes – we know Michael had surgery, but using the phrase "too much" is unnecessary. He didn't have "too much", not at all.

In Living With Michael Jackson, he clearly stated that he had two nose surgeries, and a cleft added to his chin.

NOTHING ELSE.

People have said, in the past, that he lied about that. But honestly? I don't think he did.

Think about it logically.

Did his eyes ever change shape?

Did his lips ever change ... honestly?

Did his cheekbones change shape?

The answer to those questions would be no. No, they don't appear to have changed.

The only reason people think he has had so much plastic surgery is because of his skin tone changing. I'm a Moonwalker, but we do have to hold our hands up and say that the Vitiligo did change his appearance significantly ...

... But he's still the same Michael.

It sounds weird, but I personally believe people find he had too much surgery because his skin colour made him appear to look different, even if he didn't.

Like an illusion.

... But we all know he was the master of illusions ... even those he doesn't plan.

I'm not saying any of this to be disrespectful. I love Michael with all my heart; I'm just stating it from a point of view that ... I dunno ... seems realistic.

Michael even made a very good point once that if every person in Hollywood who had plastic surgery went on holiday, out of town, there wouldn't be a person left in town.

So why only pick on Michael? In fact, why pick on anyone when it's their own decision anyway?

So, non-Moonwalkers, in conclusion:

•Michael didn't have "too much plastic surgery" ... he had three.

•The first nose surgery was to make his nose thinner due to the high level of ... maybe you could say "bullying" he received as a younger man/child. Also, added to this, he broke it. That basically killed two birds with one stone for him.

•The second nose surgery was because he couldn't breathe properly through his nose. That's technically medical reasons. You can't say anything about that if it's for health.

•The cleft is only one small thing. Leave him alone.

So non-Moonwalkers ... leave out the plastic surgery business, yeah?
