
Section one: Physical
In the first section of my glow up guide, I'll be focusing on how you can glow up physically. In the next ten chapters I'll cover how you can become a realistically better version of yourself physically without pushing your limits.
But before you dive into the next ten chapters, I want you to read the following paragraph below because it's very important in you're physical glow up journey if you want successful and happy results.
My message for you is that if you don't have the right mindset in glowing up physically (and really in any other aspect) you will fail epically. The mistake I made is when I'd for example workout, I'd have the mindset that I'm doing it to make my appearance better, which was all wrong.
I'd find myself always checking for results, always comparing myself, which made me forget the real reason why I was improving myself physically: to be happy and healthier. And yes, the physical perks that came along were of course very nice, but I had to remember that to be that dream person I wanted to be, the reason behind me doing it has to be for myself.
Not for future boyfriends, not for crushes, not for society, for me. For my well being and happiness. And once I learned that and accepted that, I was so much happier.
Another thing to consider before you get into your journey is that about your intentions. Do you want a better body and mind? Want to focus on one specific aspect over the others? Consider these things and write down your goals. Once you have them, everything will be so much easier. Thanks again for reading, and enjoy the next ten chapters!
