Chapter Two: Body
If you're looking to improve your body physically in some way, this chapter's for you! Just make sure you read the previous chapter first, cause if you didn't this whole chapter will be pointless. Anyway, now that the people who didn't read the previous chapter are gone, (just kidding!) in this chapter I'll be showing you how you can improve your body physically without a fancy subscription to the gym.
But before we get into any real exercise, there are four pre-steps you have to do before you start those push-ups.
1. Establish your goals.
This pre-step is vital if you want results. Think about what you want your end results to be; whether that's weight loss, weight gain, stronger legs, muscular arms, etc., you have to have goals if you want to achieve anything.
2. Make a playlist.
Now this step is pretty optional, but it helped me a lot. Simply download a lot of music or download Spotify and create a playlist of all of your favorite songs you can listen to while your working out. Really motivated me!
3. Find a space.
This one is also very important but also very simple. All you have to do is find a space where you can workout without tripping over anything and you're all set! (Also make sure to have a device; whether that's what your reading this on or a TV, it's important).
4. Have a water-bottle at ALL times
Even if you hate water, after this you'll probably adore it. Trust me; as a former water-hater, (is that a word?) water is so important to your body and mind!
Okay, now get to work! Look up on YouTube fitness experts like Pamela Reif, Lily Sabri, Chloe Ting etc., and choose a video from them to follow. There are thousands of videos to follow and specific workout plans and goals that genuinely work, and if you work hard and do them every day (don't forget rest days once and a while!) and follow nutrition you're body will (overtime) mold into what you want it too. Remember it takes patience and you won't see results over night, but if you work hard you will!
And if videos don't work for you, running might. I personally try to run two miles on the weekends and do videos on the weekdays, but if running's not for you there's plenty of options. These are just my personal favorites :).
Thanks for reading and have a great day/night!
