My name is Cassie Morgan. I am 17 years old. I live in Maine. My name is Cassie Morgan. Today, I will learn how to fly.

   The first step is the easiest one. All I have to do is to take a deep breath. But even so it's a lot when you're like me.

   And so, I sit there. Breathing is hard when you're me. If you may, you can call it a disorder. But it's much worse. It's not any of your concern though, so don't worry.

   I sit on the carpet of my small, gray bedroom. And I take a deep breath. I breathe in everything bad that has happened. I let it all out when I breathe out.  But some of it stays. Sometimes, it never leaves.

  And so, Step One is finished. Now I just have to keep breathing.
