After a while Saga fell asleep on Valiants shoulder, he stayed sitting there for a while, then he put her head down carefully and got up. He carried her away from the edge a bit and looked at her sleeping peacefully for a while, then he walked to the middle of the island to search for Saga's best friend.

After a while he found her sleeping and woke her up. Short after, Brenna hold a knife up to him.
"Please don't attack", he whispered and Brenna took the knife down.
"What are you doing here?", she asked confused.
Valiant gave her a map and said: "I need you to go to the marked spot now. I can't explain right now, just do it."
Brenna looked at him confused. "And what I am supposed to do there?"
"You will find out. Just go now!", he said and Brenna went away. I hope this isn't a trap, she thought while she got on a boat and sailed away.

Meanwhile there were ships coming from the other side. Ships that were ready to attack.
Gunnar was on one of the ships, together with Verda and Ylva.
"Now you will see how we are going to destroy your friends", a young woman said to them while holding her axe at them.
"Toya is right. First you will see your friends die, then you will die and then all the dragons will die", Gunnar said. "Or you join us."
"We would never join you!", Ylva said.
Toya looked at her and said: "What makes you so sure of that? I am the daughter of Queen Mala and King Throk from the defenders of the wings, dragon protectors and I also thought that I would never hunt dragons but it's much better than defending them. My parents died because the vulcano on our island exploded. And you know why it did?"
Verda shook her head while Ylva was highly desinterested.
"It exploded because the great alpha dragon made all dragons go to the hidden world. The great protector of our island left and everyone except me died. Then Gunnar found me and took care of me. Now it's time to get rid of all the dragons!"
The ship docked on the island and Gunnar left it together with Toya. He turned around to his men "You take care of the prisoners!", he said.
He gave Toya a sign and she walked away, headed for the woods.
He walked towards the huts and captured the two boys who were asleep.

Toya walked through the woods and then she saw Valiant, who was on his way back to Saga.
"Valiant, what are you doing here?", she asked with a sweet voice. "I thought Gunnar didn't bring you. Oh, I know. You just wanted to see me."
"Yes, of course", he lied. "So, where are we going now?"
"I need to look if those nasty teenagers you found on the sea are here."
"I already looked here. There's no one but I know where to look", he lied again so Toya won't find Saga. Luckily Toya believed him. "Show me", she replied and the two walked away from the sleeping Saga.

After walking through the woods, they arrived at an old hut. Toya walked inside and then said: "Here is no one!"
"I know", Valiant said, then he took his sword and made the hut break down, so Toya was trapped. Now he had to find Saga very fast so he ran back to her and woke her up.
"Saga, we have a big problem!"
"What happend?"
"The island was attacked... I am so sorry, I should habe warned you about Gunnar..."
"Who?", Saga interrupted him.
"A dangerous guy I used to work for. I..."
"We have to warn the others!", Saga interrupted him again and wanted to run off but Valiant stopped her.
"He already has them..."
"What? You knew all of this and didn't warn us! You distracted me by trying to help me! You...", Saga started yelling at Valiant angrily but then he interrupted her.
"We are going to free them but first we..."
"There is no we!"
"You will need someone to have your back, there are too many!"
"Leave me alone!" Saga pulled her arm away, took out her sword and ran off.
Valiant stood there looking after her. Even if he barely knew her, her words hurt him a lot and he couldn't get over the feeling that he maybe liked her a bit too much...

Meanwhile Toya freed herself and went back to the ship, where she told Gunnar that Valiant has turned on them. Gunnar was very furious and sent his men out to look for Valiant and Saga.
The men walked inside the woods. Saga hid behind a rock to while the men passed. When the coast was clear she entered the first ship and took down a few guards, then searched the ship.
She searched five more ships and then she suddenly was surprised by a guard, she fought with him but unfortunatly she stumbled and fell. The guard rose his mace to kill her but before the mace could hid her, the guard screamed because of pain and the mace fell down.
Saga looked at the guard and saw that a sword was pushed through his torso. The sword was pulled out again and Saga saw who just saved her.
"I told you, you need someone to have your back", her saviour said and smiled at her. Before she could say anything, something hid her on the head and everything turned black.
