1. Draw two circles for the head shape.

2. Connect the circles, adjusting the head shape a bit, and outline the neck.

3. Add the horns, spines, and finish the neck. 

4. Draw the facial features.

5. Add the scales and other details.

Add patterns, shading, and color if you'd like.

Try this out with different expressions and positions! :3

Again, do your best to discover your own unique style while drawing this (if you haven't already). Try different techniques, such as eye shape, different scale/spine types, etc.
