First, start with a basic head shape. Like two circles.

Make the muzzle and mouth

Add a nose and lower jaw

Cheek floof  -w-

Add a line for the ear and shape the top of the head

Finish off the ear and add the second

Draw the neck and shoulder

Then add eyes!!!
