Use circles or lines to do a body

Then draw an oval for the thighs

Do the same for the other

draw circles for the knees

Then draw slimmer ovals for the bottom
legs/calves

Then draw circles against to connect with the feet.

Then draw the feet using squares or rectangles.
When your trying to draw feet coming at you, draw the upper feet smaller then draw downwards wider.
