Just like the knees draw circles for the shoulder.

Then draw ovals for the biceps?

Then draw a circle and an oval again then a mini circle for the wrist and draw a sketch for the hand.

Then do the steps again for the other arm.

Then trace it darker in pencil and erase the base. Then you draw detail and make it prettier and draw the hair and all that stuff THEN you trace it pen and erase the pencil outline :>
